I have found Hart Jeweler's to be the absolute best in customer service, quality and repairs. I recently purchased a ring online and didn't like the stones. I took the ring there for redesign and discovered the brand new 14 kt gold ring was damaged- they took a high definition photo and I was able to recover my money and cost of shipping. They carry beautiful and unique high quality gems and jewelry and they do know their stuff. I truly believe they are the best in Grants Pass and perhaps Southern Oregon.

Nice salespeople who are interesting in assisting not necessarily selling, so no pressure browsing. Repair services are good.

My husband purchased a new wedding set for me for Christmas. I have owned the ring for two weeks and the quality of the silver just isn't there. My wedding set that is 15 years old isn't even this scratched! The part of the ring that is exposed is very scratched and dull. I went into the store to express my concerns and the owner didn't do anything to rectify the situation.

He polished it and said there isn't a return policy on "normal wear and tear". Next time we won't be supporting this small business/shopping local. The photo I posted is after he polished it. I am very unhappy with the quality of this ring!

We got an appraisal for a piece of jewelry but when we tried to sell it we were told that it was only worth a fraction of the appraisal. Jewelry is very miss represented here

The woman I spoke to via phone was very helpful, however when I got there the man who begrudgingly waited on me was anything but. Asking to have some gems looked at he said he would not do it for free and if I wanted to hang around he would do it. I took the rest of what I had and left.

Location is convenient, lots of merchandise on display with a wide range of prices. The person who helped me was very friendly and helpful in finding a gift in my price range. Very pleased.

I took my Grandmothers vintage diamond ring in to be cleaned up a bit and they did a beautiful job. It looked like the day it was purchased. Very pleased!

I walked in without an appointment, to request a custom modification on some silver necklaces. Not a high dollar job and definitely a quirky request. Shannon and Marissa were wonderful, very helpful and efficient. They helped me, quickly and with enthusiasm, to accomplish my goal. I will definitely return.

We were recommended to Harts from another jeweler for a simple watch repair. We found the staff courteous, professional, and knowledgable. While waiting for the repair I spied a beautiful necklace I simply had to have. Pricing was very reasonable. After reading reviews and the service we received I will be going back to have them design and make a custom ring with several loose diamonds I wasn't sure what to do with until I seen their custom work. .

Called about sizing a ring for my granddaughter that I had inherited, the prior jeweler would not size it without a certificate of ownership, there wasn't a problem at all for him to help us. Thank you so very much, a greatful grandmother.

Simply went in for a repair. Lead time to get item back wasnt too bad, pricing was fair. Very nice jewelery at all price points. Would definatley recommend.

Would not recommend this store. quality of workmanship was very poor. I took in a engagement ring to have it sized and it broke right away when I took it back the customer service was terrible. I was shocked to say the least. and we purchased the ring at Hart Jewelers.

After doing some research to re-design a custom made ring I had done a couple years ago, I chose Hart Jewelers. The ring is inspired by the ring that Bob Marley was given by the family of Haile Selassie I (Ethiopia last emperor). The lion on the ring represents "The Conquering Lion of the Tribe of Judah". I chose 18 carat gold. The work was done by Kevin, it took about 2 months from start to finish.

I gave Kevin my original ring, which had the flag missing, and pictures of the original ring that I found online. He designed the ring using a 3-D printer. After giving him the green light to make the ring it took about 2 weeks to complete the work. I was more than happy with the result, and will definitely go back in the future for any jewelry needs. I also bought a green pearl necklace for my fiancee birthday, and she loved it!

Elliott was the nicest salesman I've ever met. His service blew me away. We were immediately greeted and asked what we were looking for. We knew we wanted wedding bands but weren't quite sure what we wanted. He took us through all the different metals and was super patient. I loved that he asked my husband first, it's like he knew he was the pickiest one lol.

My husband is a pretty picky man and Elliot was able to find him the perfect ring for him. He also was able to give us many ideas on how to style and make our rings match. He asked about our lifestyle and styling preferences. He really got to know us in only 45 minutes. Not only was Elliot super gracious but he informed us of the wonderful services that they do complimentary.

We got our rings engraved and sized and he said we could pick them up tomorrow. I love that they are a local jeweler. You can actually see the jeweler at work at the above window, super neat! We have looked many places for the perfect wedding ring. Thank you Elliot!

I had a 3-3/4 CT. T.W. Diamond Three Stone Ring in 14K White Gold designed. It turned out magnificent! I couldn't be happier.

We have been loyal fans of Harts Jewelers. Saddly not anymore. My husband purchased a beautiful Opal pendant, earrings and Ring for me. After I wore the pendant for a couple of months I noticed the stone was slipping in the setting. Took it back to Harts for repair. I got pendant back with the stone back in setting but it had these little marks. on stone.

I thought it must of been something they needed to do to secure stone. I was in Ohio and notice the stone was slipping again. Took it to several jewelers and was told to please not where it any longer as it was not safe : Several months later when I was able to get back to Grants Pass I took it back to Harts. Hart jewelers is a fantastic place, my husband and myself have been to Hart jewelers many many times, they have always treated us more than fair Replaced the battery for us at no charge and the stem on the battery was needing to be replaced and did it for free as well we will return they are always the go to for us thank you hart jewelers

I have known Tom Hart for 14 years he is a man with integrity beyond measure and is a fantastic designer and business man and cares about the community he lives in Thank you for all you do!

I think that most people in the valley feel the same way if you helped pollute the land by leasing the farm your reputation should feel the repercussions

Brought my engagement ring here to be re-plated. The pink rhodium plating was wearing away and I was told it would be ready within a week. I never received a call telling me it was ready but went in one week and one day after I initially dropped it off. My ring was ready and to my surprise it had been re-plated in WHITE rhodium. I awkwardly told her that it had been "rose" colored when I dropped it off.

She went to talk to a gentleman and then came back to inform me that they didn't carry pink rhodium and would have to order some and then call me to schedule another re-plating. I wonder why they thought it would be okay to just use a different color. It's been two months and I have yet to hear from them. I cried on my way home. My lovely engagement ring doesn't look at all like it used to.

A very nice family owned business. Rolex dealer and fine jewelery. Nothing too avant garde but nice baubles and bangles, gift pieces, lovely well cut diamonds and absolutely stunning antique/estate jewelry. Obviously, not everyone who walks through the door is going to buy something and this is a retailer who stands out because they welcome everyone, are unpretentious, and not overbearing. They offer "lay away" and do appraisals and repair.
