I took my engagement ring in to get resized on Monday and picked it up today (Thursday) and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! My ring is so shiny and fits perfectly. Highly recommend this jewelry store!

Cannot say enough! I brought in my mother's wedding set and consulted with David about "my vision" of what I wanted to turn it into. He spent so much time with me looking through settings, entertaining what I wanted, not what I 'should' do. It was important to me to keep the ring's original integrity intact, but update and make it my own, more for me.

I picked it up today and I am blown away! I cannot be happier with this simple, but beautiful creation! Thank you, David, for your patience, kindness and expertise in making this daughter very happy today!

Do you charge for appraisal? Do you identify gemstones? I found this gorgeous but unusual gemstone in my flowerbed. It scratches glass and corundum.

Took my 10th wedding anniversary ring to have a diamond replaced and have it cleaned. It was ready before the date promised and it looked brand new. In the future if I need any work done on my jewelry or if I am in the market to make a purchase, they will be my first choice. Customer service was great!

Great place. I've had a ring created with the stones from two rings and it is stunning. David was very accommodating. I recently had a pendant created from some loose stones and once again David guided me and saw my vision. They also do excellent repair work. Wonderful small business!

I love Hartman's. They will expertly repair many things that no one else will work on and they do it in-house. They call you if there is the slightest question. Hartman has reworked a couple pieces of jewelry for me in the last year, appraised my engagement and wedding rings, and sized a John Hardy ring. I have always found them to be knowledgable, prompt, and fair. They are organized and methodical when scheduling, calling you for pick up, and returning phone calls. The selection of pieces is more unique than you will find at a Jared or other chain store- however they carry classic and beautiful pieces which you would expect to find in a jewelry store located in Old Town Warrenton. They are my "go-to" for any type of cleaning or repair.

My experience with Hartman Jewelers was a 10 out of 10! What a beautiful jewelry store in the heart of Old Town Warrenton. The staff is very friendly and down to earth. I was taken care of by Ashley; she's informative, attentive, and passionate at what she does. I dropped off my wife's wedding set last week on Thursday to have some work done and it was ready by Monday. Both my wife and I are impressed with the craftsmanship and quality of work. Overpriced inexperienced ignorant staff. Wanted to sell what they wanted, must be commission. Nothing spectacular. Will buy online. Salesperson was annoying.
