I wish I could give Haydon & Company more then 5 stars! They offer outstanding customer service paired with very high-quality pieces. The Raleigh area is so fortunate to have a fine jeweler the caliber of Haydon & Company. I could not be any happier with Haydon & Company! The experience I had with them for my new custom designed ring was not only exciting but also very smooth while also being informative. Whit Haydon provided great insight to understand every little detail, without putting any pressure to make a purchase. Any time I reached out for an update or any questions, the responses were timely and addressed properly.
Although I said I was not in a rush to receive the ring, it still came in earlier than the expected arrival date. I cannot thank Whit and his team at Haydon & Company enough!

Wonderful service and super lovely people! I was visiting the area for the holidays and noticed the main stone on my ring was coming loose. I went to a big box jewelry store and they said it would take $100 and 2 weeks to get it fixed. So I decided to look for more of a local place to see if they could do it any faster. We were in the store for maybe 15 minutes and they were able to fix it for no charge.
They also gave me some advice on how to take care of it so it doesn't come lose again. Super helpful and friendly! This is why local places are pretty much always better. Thank you Hayden & Company for your help!

I cannot recommend this business highly enough. From the moment you walk in the door, the the quality of the jewels and the craftsmanship will stun you. Not going to lie, I usually hate buying my wife jewelry, which is why I'm so glad I went with these guys. No one blew sunshine up my rear or threw bs at me. I wish I'd found these guys when I was buying my wife's engagement and wedding rings, what a difference it would have made. Whit was amazing, and took the time to help me understand my what my options were and explain the process behind everything.
It takes a lot for a vendor to earn my respect, and they did it in spades. Plus, it was pretty cool to buy my wife's Christmas present from a building wrapped like a giant present. They also create jewelry in-house and I'll be working with them after the new year to custom design a ring for our 10 year anniversary. I can't recommend these guys highly enough, totally unlike anything I've ever seen before.

Undoubtedly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They were extremely rude and condescending when my fiance and I visited to inquire about an appraisal. The man did not even attempt to be kind or helpful to us, and he offered no apology when it was obvious that we were offended. I would not recommend this business to anyone!
