They are an amazing staff and super helpful when I was looking for a gift. They have great prices and some fine looking jewelry, I would definitely recommend this place and will be back in the future.

I cannot express enough how awesome this shop is. When I decided to propose, knowing what my now fiance wanted for a ring, I knew it would have to be custom made. I went to go see Marshal at the shop with a rough description of what I knew she wanted, and he brought it to life. First Natasha and her computer and design skills brought it to life in a 3D computer model.

Of which I was allowed to help design, then I was given a 3D print of the ring. Once we were all satisfied Marshal used his refined skills to make a gorgeous one of a kind ring that my fiance fell in love with. All in all this store and entire staff were perfect, and as long as I am living in the area I will never use another shop. (I'm not going to post pictures of the ring as I want her to have the only one like it;-). But trust me it could not have turned out better)

I went in to have my wedding ring (that was my grandmother's) looked at because I noticed some lose stones. They cleaned it and tightened all my stones for me at no cost and even let me know I should come in every 3-6 months to have the edges checked for more wear. They were kind, polite, and so helpful!

The nicest folks ever!. Very talented watch repairman. Blake was very attentive to my needs and fitted the watch perfectly. I will be back.

We had rings resized and got our wedding bands there. This place treated us like family the very first time we went there. Marshall did a beautiful job and really took time to make sure that we were happy.

I love this store. Staff is knowledgeable about all jewelry, diamonds, and stones. They are also friendly and do not use pressure sales tactics. I just bought a pretty ring, just what I wanted and 1/2 price. Can't do better than Hayes Jewelry.

Just left Hayes Jewelry today and it probably the best experience I ever had in a jewelry place. Mr. Jerry is so nice and was extremely helpful. The other guys (sorry I didn't catch thier names) but also nice and greet everyone with a smile. love them so far. and will be back. mostly my mom lol. oh jewelry in there are man handmade. it was breathe taking

Many of my friends recommended Marshall at Hayes Jewelers for a custom piece of jewelry I wanted to have made to commemorate my first child's birth. I picked it up today, and it's absolutely stunning and completely exceeded my expectations. The quality is superb and the price was very affordable.
