My visit to Henne Jewelers was an exceptional experience. I recently acquired an antique Rolex and I took it to the experts at Henne to seek some information. These folks really know Rolex watches and, more importantly, customer service. Jamie was super nice, very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and amazing to work with. She was supported by the very impressive Rolex Experience Liason, Kyle, and the ultimate craftsman, watchmaker, Paul. Thank you all for your help. I highly recommend Henne Jewelers if you wanted to be treated right.

I am so impressed with Henne Jewelers, and their attention to detail and superb customer service. Chayla helped my family purchase a pair of diamond studs for me as a gift. They were purchased sight unseen, but we were confident that they would be perfect, and they were. The earrings were shipped promptly, in the beautiful Henne signature wrapping, and are well worth their value. I highly recommend Henne Jewelers, and working with Chayla. They never disappoint.

My company has had the extreme pleasure of working with Jessi Johansson at Henne Jewelers on several styled shoots over the years. When Jessi emails for a shoot, the answer is always YES! We receive wonderfully detailed mood boards that give us direction but we are never stifled of our creativity and are allowed to do what we do best. There is always an A-List of vendors on the shoot team and we get amazing photos of our product (in our case, flowers).

Every shoot is well-organized and professional and we feel appreciated for our talents. Not only does Henne sell beautiful jewelry and provide an excellent customer experience, but they treat fellow local business owners with kindness and respect. Thank you for allowing us to create with you!

I recently took a delicate gold bracelet here for repair. I wear it constantly, and the clasp started coming undone. They assessed it and reinforced the metal in a few areas so the clasp doesn't come undone on its own anymore Juliet provided excellent service and was patient with all my questions! They cleaned and shined it too so now it looks new

To get to the point right away: Henne Jewelers is fantastic, and I'd recommend them to anyone. We had an excellent experience getting an engagement ring from Henne Jewelers; specifically, we worked with Nina Pugliese, who was amazingly helpful. Not knowing anything about engagement rings, my girlfriend (now fiance :) ) and I went into Henne to figure out what was even out there.

We met with Nina, and she patiently listened to everything that my fiance wanted (and took very helpful notes!) She gave us a lot of time without pressuring us towards anything, and answered all of our questions and then some. When I came back by myself to pick out a ring, the process was surprisingly easy, because of Nina's detailed notes and her carefully explaining the different options that seemed most promising for us.

Now everyone gives my fiance compliments on the ring and says I did a great job, but honestly I think it's Nina and Henne Jewelers who did a great job more than anything. More generally, everyone I interacted with at Henne Jewelers (including the owner) was extremely friendly. It's clear that everyone is happy to work there, which made all of my visits there all the more enjoyable. If I'm ever looking for a nice piece of jewelry or watch for a special occasion, this will be my first stop.

When our neighbor found out my now husband was looking for an engagement ring, he immediately told him to reach out to Henne in Pittsburgh, even though we live in the DC area. After initial conversations we knew we were in good hands; I wanted a custom designed ring that included family stones, and Juliet, Bert, and the whole team at Henne made the entire process seamless from start to finish.

After meeting in person to discuss the initial design, Henne took it from there and exceeded all our expectations: Despite doing everything from a distance, their communication, dedication, and impeccable customer service throughout has made us Henne customers for life. Henne Jeweler's was truly an amazing experience and I would recommend them to absolutely everyone. From the moment we first walked in to start ring shopping, to the moment I went in to have my ring resized everything was so easy, enjoyable and professional! Ally was the one to help us with all of our ring needs - she was amazing to work with! She didn't push anything on me and let me figure out what was most comfortable for me while showing me a ton of beautiful options.

I kept in contact with Ally throughout the following week in regards to setting up another appointment and was able to get in very quickly. After finalizing the decision for my setting, I was shown multiple diamonds to fit our budget and within a day we had it all ordered. Ally notified my fiance that the ring was in and that it was available for pick up. We truly could not have had a better experience here if we tried! Thank you so much Henne Jewelers!

Yesterday I purchased a Rolex watch from Henne Jewelers and it was a five star experience. Jami and Kyle are definitely experts in their field and were a joy to work with. From the time you enter the store you are greeted by friendly staff till the time you leave. I drove from another state over an hour away just to go to Henne's. As they say they are your 'Jewelers for life' and I totally agree and will be back. I enjoyed speaking with John Henne. Go see Jami, you will enjoy your experience.

I stopped into Henne during peak holiday season - Dec 23 - to get a watch bracelet fitted. Very impressed from start to finish. I was immediately greeted and pointed to the back desk and then was seen by the very friendly Nina within a few minutes. Walked over to look at a few things and talked with the equally friendly Kyle for about 10 minutes while my watch was being fixed. Watch bracelet is now perfect and I enjoyed my time in the store. Highly recommend

Henne has been amazing to work with over the past 3 years. My husband worked with Debbie extensively to design the perfect engagement ring and we also got our wedding bands from Henne. They can turn any idea into a beautiful piece of jewelry! They are easy to work with, patient, responsive and it's always a pleasant experience when we visit the store.

They go above and beyond for their customers and really care about the quality and experience. It's also so fun and an extra special touch being featured in their store, magazines and on their billboards! Would highly recommend Henne to any bride and groom in search for a top quality product and experience to match!

Shout out to Diane for finding and acquiring an impossible to locate matching wedding band for my daughter the same week as the wedding! Honestly, she put my mind at ease after I stayed up half the night looking online. I should have called Henne first! She even matched the gold to pair perfectly with the engagement ring. Coincidentally, she also helped my daughter and son-in-law with her engagement ring a few years ago.

My engagement ring, wedding and anniversary bands were purchased at Goldstock and when they closed, Henne took over for them. My engagement ring has specialty cut diamonds and Goldstock was one of 2 jewelers in PA(the other in Philly) that carried them. I lost one of the stones from my engagement ring and was not able to find anyone that could get this cut of diamond for me.

I called Henne and was connected with Sharon who is one of the most helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was in contact with the specialty diamond company who is located in Hong Kong and difficult to work with due to Covid and staffing issues, tried to have a jeweler custom cut one to fit my ring and finally tracked one down. Sharon kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. I picked up my rings today and they look absolutely beautiful! I am thrilled! I will definitely go back to Henne for all of my jewelry needs! Sharon is absolutely wonderful!

Beautiful store and selection, and the staff members I met were patient and knowledgeable. Their in house designers have such unique styles! This was my first visit but it definitely won’t be my last 🙂

Really a wonderful store. Beautiful jewelry and watches and it isn't all expensive. Lots of choices, too. The people here really make the difference. I find them to be smart and helpful, but they don't hang over you all the time.
