I need a couple of watch batteries replaced so I stopped by to drop off the watches. They actually did them while I waited and I was in and out in about 25 minutes. Great service. They seem to have a very nice selection of jewelry and the folks working were very friendly.

My boyfriend got my engagement ring here and it is sooooo beautiful! We had to get it resized and the people were so helpful and quick with getting it back to me! Highly recommend this place for rings! We will be back to get our wedding bands for sure!

I am like the typical guy and go shopping for birthdays, Christmas, etc. last minute. I went to highland jewelers two days before my wife's birthday. We had to order what I wanted. They got it in time and even had to install the jewels in the pendant. The people were extremely nice and helpful. You will get customer service here that you won't elsewhere. I highly recommend giving this place a visit.

Amazing service and quality of work. Prices on par with the best deals I could find online. Got a 2 day return on a beautiful custom engagement ring. There's a little something for everybody here in terms of style and budget. Definitely check this place out before hitting up Alberts or any of the major chains around here.

This place does the most amazing work and the owners are the most generous and nicest people I've ever met. The guy that does all the work/custom work is absolutely amazing. His work is completely flawless. I would 100% recommend anyone getting anything from this place. They will always work with you to make sure you are getting exactly what you want.

Karen at Highland Jewelers did a great job on a last-minute request. She made some terrific suggestions and was able to do a very fast turn-around on some jewelry that was needed for a special event. The prices were more than fair, and it felt great to deal with a local merchant. Highly recommended!

Highland Jewelers is a family owned business where customer service is taken seriously. On the rare occasion that I don't see what I am looking for the staff will search their suppliers to find what I want. Highland Jewelers is a great place to find special gifts for loved ones or a wonderful addition to your own collection. They also offer repairs to your valued items. Stop in and check them out - you'll be glad you did.

I had a gold chain repaired there and it was ready before I expected at a fair price. I also had them look at an earring that I found to see if it was real gold and diamonds. Warm, friendly, caring staff members. Shop local and keep the little guys in business!

I took a bracelet to Albert's in Highland to have a couple of links removed and they told me it was going to be $50. Highland Jewelers did the exact same thing for $20. And the employees were less sleazy.

My husband custom-ordered my engagement ring and both our wedding bands from Highland Jewelers and I couldn't be happier! They were the only jeweler we visited and we only had to drop in once and Karen and Jim were then able to help my hubby design the ring of my dreams all without me!

This is a fantastic local jewelry store. I say absolutely forget the big jewelry stores, like Albert's. Go with the smaller local businesses. Highland Jewelers is just as nice. The selection is breathtaking and a huge variety. I haven't used him yet, but the in house custom jewelry maker trained in Europe and supposed to be very, very good.

My fiance and I shopped for our wedding rings today and could not have had a better experience. The selection was excellent and the prices and service were superior. It's also nice doing business with someone in our own community. I have no reservations recommending Highland Jewelers.

My fiance and I were in town, from NYC, for our Wedding shower and decided to look for his wedding band while there (prices in NYC are too high!). We went to Alberts (super pushy sales people), James & Sons (very expensive) and Highland Jewelers to check out selection, pricing etc and Highland Jewelers won without hesitation on all accounts. We were helped by Jill, who took the time to walk us through their selection and the customer service did not end there.

We had the ring shipped to us in NYC and it arrived safe and sound, engraved just as we had instructed and along with the ring, was the warranty for it- something that Jill had already done on our behalf. It was a perfect transaction all-around. We will definitely be telling our friends in Northwest Indiana to choose Highland Jewelers and may even stop in again when we are in town!

They are a great Jewelry store. I had watch batteries put in and they are dependable and less expensive. I forgot a watch and had to bring it the next day and the sales girl did it free of charge. I was happy about that. They have a nice selection there too.
