I love this store. I randomly walked into the store and saw the ring below and fell in love. I never had a wedding or 'proper' engagement. The staff were so nice and enthusiastic with me. They were kind enough to let my hubby and I pay on the ring gradually, interest free in house. When we paid the ring off, we got this awesome bottle of champagne from them. And they were so warm and supportive. I love Katie and the other staff. Glad I found a ring just for me, and supported a local business.

Went to Lang's Jewelers this afternoon.found a big OPEN sign on the door but the door was locked. The web site stated the store was open from 12:00 to 4:00 on Sundays but the store was closed. How hard is it to change your website to reflect your correct hours of operation? I made a special trip into town just to look at their jewelry and get a ring ordered. It is hard to support local businesses when they don't care enough to keep the public informed of their hours!

Visiting Lang today was like visiting a dear, old friend. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The customer service was amazing for 2021. It was like stepping back to the time where helping the customer was not a duty but a privilege. Katie was not only helpful but kind and thoughtful. It was truly a lovely experience.

Lang's has been closed most times I love been downtown but was open today. The gals inside were friendly and they have a fair amount of engagement bands and rings as well as Diamond and more affordably-priced jewelry inside. It's small, but does the job. I saw a very pretty Diamond necklace for a fair price.

I had three rings needing repair last month and Jacque was fantastic as she engaged with me and paid attention to every detail of the rings. Today, when I went to purchase jewelry she was incredibly helpful pointing me to an assortment of jewelry in my budget. My heart is full, and sad all at the same time. My Dad passed in January 2017 and I miss him everyday! I went to Katie with an idea to have his thumb print hand engraved on a signet. I wanted his initials inside and the dates of his wonderful life. I later added his four initials on top of the print. Here we are two years later and it has come to fruition. Thank you Katie for giving me a part of my Dad I can wear everyday! This is priceless!

I wouldn't leave my jewelry for repair with just anyone, but I trust these ladies implicitly. I also wouldn't buy anything of significance from a jeweler whom I don't trust, and I recommend Lang's wholeheartedly. Professional repair work, beautiful pieces, and exquisite hand-engraving! Also, History! The shop itself is worth a visit, just to admire the amazing handcrafted cases. If you're a Staunton lover, there is an amazing set of charms featuring the area, designed by the owner, Katie, who also does exquisite hand-engraving (no lasers involved!).

Lang's continues to modernize the selection of jewelry and other accessories to keep up with contemporary demands. The owner and staff are lovely. I went in multiple times this past spring as I considered having my wedding band and engagement ring sized up. I had worn them for 25 years and they were getting a bit too snug. Everyone I interacted with was very patient and helpful as I tried to decide what size felt best. Once I felt confident with my decision, the turn around time was prompt and I have been very pleased with the end result.

In addition, communication about the cost of the resizing was very clear and the price was very reasonable. They also have a beautiful variety of jewelry and watches. I would definitely recommend them for a repair or a special gift and for a wonderfully warm and friendly experience!

Got my engagement ring sized here. Very affordable and quick turn around. I also got my grandmothers opal reset into a necklace and it is absolutely beautiful! The staff is so friendly and helpful and both experiences have exceeded my expectations! Many thanks HLLang!

This place has it all. Oldest continuous business in STaunton. But selection is everything you'd find in a big city and more. Excellent mix of styles and prices -- which by the way, are excellent (as a comparison jewelry shopper I can tell you). The friendliness is unparalleled.
