Its always a great experience at Hoff's. Both Michele and Erik go above and beyond to accommodate me as a customer. Their inventory of jewelry is spectacular. I would never go anywhere else for jewelry.

Really good jeweler - they've done a beautiful job resizing two of my rings and repairing a bracelet, and were honest about a resizing on a ring with a baguette (they advised due the unusual setting of the particular ring, the stone could potentially be loose after re-sizing). They also have a gorgeous selection of modern yellow gold jewelry (my favorite!).

We recently moved up to the area and didn't know who to take my engagement and wedding rings to. They needed prongs but on the diamonds. I went on Google and it showed a 5 star review and decided to pay them a visit. Well from the second I went into the store I was impressed. They treated me like I was their only customer and set my mind at ease telling me that they would take good care of my pride possessions.

At a friend's suggestion, I went to Hoff's to have a keepsake necklace made using diamonds from my late mother's wedding band. Michele designed a lovely pendant based on a vague idea I had. When I picked up the finished piece, it was stunning. I couldn't be happier with the care and craftsmanship put into this treasured piece.

My husband and I have always had our jewelry repairs done at Hoff's and have purchased many items there. Recently I had diamonds reset into a new band. It is stunning. Eric does an amazing job. The staff is always so welcoming and helpful.

Hoff replaced the garnet center stone in my white gold and diamond halo setting with a new emerald. They took the care to find a stone with the perfect deep green color, and they were professional and polite throughout the entire process. Beautiful job!

I've been going to Hoff for all of my jewelry needs for the past five years. Not only do they have a beautiful selection of jewelry in store, but they can easily order anything you might have in mind. I go to them to maintain my wedding set, buy gifts for people, and we recently custom designed a necklace with my grandmother's engagement diamond. These people truly take pride in their business, and know how to treat their customers.

We are relatively new in the area and I wanted to take some stones out of two pieces of jewelry that I never use and make them into a ring. I was very pleased with Hoff Jewelers. they are nice to work with, they are very creative and talented. I felt that the prices were good as well. I have now found my jeweler in Clifton Park. I wish I could post a picture because the ring is beautiful!

The best customer service! Two days before Christmas the chain on my favorite necklace broke. Mr Hoff fixed the chain while I waited, even though I'm sure he was very busy

Eric is a consummate professional. A man of his word, he took his time with us to make sure that what we were purchasing, we were happy with. Eric also took the time to give us some insight into the industry. He didn't try to oversell and he made sure we got awesome value in what we purchased. I will definitely be back again.

Walked in without much of an idea, walked out with a ring that made her incredibly happy. Service, knowledge, communication, were on the highest level. I accidentally gave them to much Monday and they called me at home to tell me I had more change.people that are honest and trustworthy.

I am so impressed with the friendliness and professionalism at Hoff's. I have only had ring repairs and a watch strap switched but they have done fine jobs. After almost two weeks, I went in to pick up my watch and they knew who I was as soon as I walked in. Wow!

There are places in Saratoga Springs that recommends Hoff Jewelers for silver jewelery repair so I took my pieces there, one resizse, a fix of a loose stone and a repair on an old bracelet. Firstly, I was told that the man repairing would contact me with an estimate and to discuss, but no one called or contacted me. Secondly, the bracelet clasp was repaired in such a way that there is an odd piece of it sticking up and away from the bracelet that can catch, a weird way to fix it and does not make any sense at all, plus can not be put on without a second pair of hands.

One ring was resized, but oddly not made round, still some kind of kink in it. The other slightly tightened, and I think the stone may have been set with glue since it was loose. All in all 90 dollars plus tax. Hoff Jewelers is probably good for expensive and higher end pieces and it seems pricey, I would NOT bring simple silver repairs here again.

Great interactive website tools like the ring builder and 4C's diamond education. Great family run business since 1989 who specialize in making custom pieces.

Decent Selection for a suburban Jewelry Store. Nice enough people, nice inside. They did tell us to research a jeweler they carry online but then we found you couldn't access their site.
