I brought a pendant to Holliday Jewelers to attach a jump ring. They exceeded my vision by expertly attaching the ring perfectly to the frog's outstretched hands! I couldn't be happier or more pleased! Exactly what I wanted! Thank you Steven! He also attached charms to a bracelet and it's perfect also! Thank you so very much! Highly recommend this jeweler! Would not hesitate to purchase from or bring my jewelry to this jeweler again for repair!

The store was clean, well organized, and easy to navigate. They have a beautiful selection of high quality jewelry and some great affordable items as well. Nathan was prompt and professional, and answered all my questions. He quickly removed some watch links and changed some batteries. I shared that I was new to Klamath Falls and he gave me a warm welcome with great customer service. I highly recommend them and I will ABSOLUTELY be back!

I went in to kill some time while my wife was shopping near by, and I was pleasantly greeted, by Nathan. He was super nice and polite and we started to chat. He showed me several items, with which he was extremely knowledgeable in. While talking with him, I remember that I needed to have my ring re-coated. I asked him how much and by this time my wife joined me.

He quoted me a great price and mentioned that he could have it ready tomorrow. The problem was that we were leaving town bright and early Saturday morning, before they opened. But he said that they would have it finished by the time they closed, but we had reservations at a local steak house. He offer to bring the rings, my wife's ring was getting cleaned, to the restaurant.

We were in shock! Nobody has ever offered this type of customer service. He said, it was on his way home and he would have no problem dropping them off. We exchange numbers and he texted when he left the store. Perfectly timed, dropped the rings off and they looked amazing. I can't express how great this experience was. AND how AWESOME Nathan was. Based on this experience, we will travel to this jewelry store to do our shopping from now on. Thank you Nathan for a Awesome experience!

I had the best experience shopping at Holliday Jewelry. I worked with Jamie on the purchase of a new wedding ring. She was patient, informative, knowledgeable and we had a fun time creating the perfect anniversary ring. Derrick and his team at Holliday Jewelry are always a pleasure to deal, their customer service is amazing, and the jewelry is gorgeous. I've been going there for the past 5 years and won't go anywhere else. They always take great care of the customers and I'm always very pleased when I leave. They are just simply the best.

I had the best experience with Holliday Jewelry. I took my rings in to have the prongs checked and the rings cleaned. The prongs were repaired and my rings looked amazing! One is antiqued and they even touched it up. It looks like new. Great customer service and very friendly staff. I would highly recommend them

I had a ring that I had repaired, at Main Street Jewelers. Unfortunately, after I paid for it and wore it I noticed it was crooked and it had a pointy prong that kept snagging my clothes. After I took it back to Main Street the next day and tried to get them to fix it and after they insulted and embarrassed me, I waited five months before I brought my ring into Holiday Jewelers.

Holiday Jewelers looked at the ring and agreed it looked lopsided. They took it to one of their jewelers working on jewelry in the back and they sanded it down, on each opposing side, to even it out without removing it and starting all over. They also flattened the prong that was sticking out. They were so courteous and kind and one sales person asked me if I would like a glass of water while I was waiting!

When they were done fixing my ring they did not charge me for fixing it! The difference between Main Street Jewelers and Holiday Jewelers was night and day! Holiday Jewelers is now my New and only Jewelers! Thank you for your kindness, professionalism and Skill!

Over the years, husband's family have used Holliday as their family jeweler. My wedding ring was bought here custom made and diamond hand picked. I bought my husband's ring custom made there. He bought me pearl earrings and necklace from there when we dated. And I also have a Holliday classic diamond watch he also bought me when we dated.

Both things I wore on my wedding day. I realize I haven't darken their door since '93, but they still have treated me so kindly. They are remaking my original wedding ring. And today I bought a pair of diamond earring with my grandmother's estate money she willed me. They didn't treat me horribly or talk down to me because I didn't buy something more expensive! Thank you Nathan and the Holliday team for the exceptional service! Life long customers!

Derek helped me order a great selection of Montana sapphires from their wonderful source. Then we had a great time looking at each one in all the different lights till we found the exact color I was looking for. Finally he helped me select the perfect setting! I was looking for a replacement wedding set as my original set was ordered from a catalogue without trying on and was super uncomfortable. Derrick did a fabulous job showing me possible sets. He took plenty of time showing many alternatives and also focused on helping me find a comfortable set. I live outside of the area and Derrick was able to get my diamond reset in a single day. Excellent service, Beautiful, comfortable set that I wear all of the time! Thank you so much!

I sincerely would recommend going elsewhere for your jewelry due several reasons. One due to a lack of adherence to CDC and state mandates for masks and social distancing. The staff do not practice safe social distancing at all, neither do they wear their masks as required at all times. And despite the sign on the door that very clearly states masks are needed, they do not enforce masks for customers.

The second being that I have personally heard staff and management make fun of a customer's choice of ring, center stone and budget. That being said if you have a large budget and are not concerned with masks, this is definitely the store for you.
