I bought a beautiful silver bracelet that had "ku'uipo" engraved on it. I would love to get another one but I don't have a new catalog with the prices. I visited the store today for the first time to get a Hawaiian bracelet re-enameled. Kacie provided EXCELLENT customer service & was very patient, helpful & addressed all my concerns, including future orders. I called after leaving because I thought I had dropped my beaded bracelet while there. She went out of her way to look in the shop & the parking lot, then called me back! I highly recommend this shop! Ask for Kacie! The jewelry is also beautiful there!

The quality of the designs, as well as the medium-weight bracelets (my personal preference) offered by Honolulu Jewelry Company is excellent, and I am very much looking forward to the delivery of my custom bracelet. I worked with Katelyn B, and she was everything a consumer could hope for -and more- in a customer service representative. She knowledgeable, responsive and kind, and I sent a LOT of emails, as I consider this to be a major purchase.

Have shopped with this Jewelry Store for over 2 decades. Purchased multiple pieces. Any time I need service or a cleaning, they are happy to support and will even mail my items to me if they cannot complete it while I am in town! Unique jewelry that always gets great comments for those who notice.

Three years ago I ordered a 14K yellow gold rope chain, 24 inches, 1mm, and wore it continuously with a lightweight pendant. I seldom needed to open the clasp because at 24 inches I could just pull it on and off over my head. So it was a shock to find that, in its fourth year, the spring inside the clasp suddenly broke. I emailed the company, asking only, "Please advise." Their response was to ask that I mail it to them, and they would send me a one-time replacement, which they have done.

Only later did I notice that their jewelry comes with a lifetime guarantee, which they certainly honored. So it is without hesitation that I say that Honolulu Jewelry is a reputable company with outstanding customer service. I'm a huge fan of the Denny Wong collection. I had lost one of my Plumeria earring and I was just devistated! I thought I would need to replace the entire pair, but I simply sent in the one I had, and they replaced it with a NEW pair for the cost of one earring. That's going above and beyond if you ask me. Now I'll save up for the Plumeria bracelet. :)

While on vacation on Ohua we saw beautiful Hawaiian bangles at a few places in Waikiki, but they just seemed so expensive. We deceided to look online and we found Honolulu Jewelry. They listed Costco as one of their locations so we went to the one by downtown. The prices were so much cheaper, and the bracelets were heavier. I wish my Costco had Hawaiian jewelry!
