The entire crew at Howe's in La Crosse are phenomenal to work with. Casey helped us design a custom engagement ring to suit my unique taste. They brought in a variety of salt and pepper diamonds for me to choose from (and were happy to keep searching for the perfect stone and tweaking the design, even if it took multiple iterations). We ended up purchasing wedding bands from Howe's as well. Every time you stop in (trying on, resizing, or even just a cleaning), you are treated like an old friend. Highly recommend this local business!

I dropped my watch off to get the wrist band pin replaced. They texted me within less than a day. Very fast turn around service. Great selection of rings for a variety of occasions.

My boyfriend of 5 years and I got engaged and married in record time with him leaving Marines. My ring was from his Grandmother but very large. With so many unknowns (where he would be, when I would have to leave, where are we moving), Howes Diamond Jewelers and their amazing staff helped me to get my ring resized before I left to move out East. We loved every second working with Howes! My husband was easily able to find a ring that suited him. I had my ring custom made and they were so easy to work with! We got my engagement ring from them a little over 2 years ago. I recently lost a diamond in my ring but with covid and work I wasn't able to get it cleaned every 6 months. Now my warranty is voided and they will not let me trade up. We are super disappointed and yes we can replace the diamond but the service and warranty issues have ruined our experience. I will never be back.

They have. a great selection in the Red Wing store and also will show you all the options they can order in. Great to work with and always worth stopping into the store to say hello!

Howes was very easy to work with for purchasing our wedding bands. Hunter helped us find the perfect wedding band to match my engagement ring, even though it was purchased from a different jeweler. We also really appreciated them holding onto our pieces until the wedding weekend, since we live out of town. Very professional with beautiful rings. Highly recommend!

Katie was incredible at helping me create the ring of my dreams! I first went to try some on in the store - after spending an hour with me trying on ring after ring, we then concluded that I wanted to design my own! She was so helpful, sharing her knowledge of the industry, and getting all of the information I requested. We have had an incredible experience at Howe's! Casey is a wonderful associate. She is so caring and enthusiastic to work with (no matter how many times you come in or changes are made). She cares about every detail and will not be happy unless the client is! The rings are absolutely stunning and the sales events are huge! We are 100% pleased with everything, especially the warranty on the men's wedding bands!

My fiance and I purchased all three of our rings here (my engagement and wedding rings and my fiance's wedding ring). We were looking for rings that were unique and a good value for our money. When we shopped at other stores, the staff didn't listen when I said I didn't want a large center stone. At Howe's, Casey and her staff really listened to what we wanted.

She made sure to show us sets of engagement and wedding rings so that I wouldn't have to worry about finding a wedding band that would coordinate with my uniquely shaped engagement ring. I would definitely recommend! The only downside was that we had to wait a few weeks to see the oval shaped stones we were interested in because they didn't have a big supply in stock.
