Best jeweler in Pocatello by far. Every employee is knowledgeable, kind, and helpful no matter how big or small your needs. They go above and beyond to cater to all tastes. Professional and efficient with in house goldsmiths who do absolutely beautiful work. I got a custom anniversary band added to my wedding set which was originally purchased at chain jewelry store, and the design was not an easy one. They did a beautiful job. The anniversary band is of noticeably higher quality and visually matches perfectly. I get compliments regularly!

I'm not a huge shopper for shiny things. My mom was looking for a specific item, and recalled seeing they did custom pieces. First time here and the store was beautiful! Christy was so very helpful and really went above and beyond to help my mom in her search. As I was admiring all of the beautiful things in their cases, she was more than happy to answer my questions and help me plan for my youngest kiddos birthday. I ended up leaving with two beautiful pieces. I appreciate all of the amazing staff in this gem of a store! I will be back!

The jewelers I got my ring from went out of business and I had to find a new jeweler to get my ring fixed. I found Molinelli's and the customer service I received was wonderful the staff was kind, friendly and very professional. It was two weeks from the time I took my ring in to be fixed to the time I picked it up from Molinelli's. The service was quick and very efficient. I couldn't be more pleased with this business and I wuold highly recommend their services.

I love this place. I have been there a couple of times and they have great customer service. Craig was so helpful and patient with me. He went above and beyond. I had the best experience shopping for a necklace. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely keep coming back to shop here.

Word cannot describe how amazing my experience has been with this place. The pictures I shared are pictures from my wedding and pictures before they had a chance to take a look at my ring. The first picture is of my ring on the right and my sister ring is on the left. Both rings my mom wore. The picture on the right is once again my moms ring and my husbands to show the future and possibilities of the future.
The reason we chose to get married with my mothers ring is because she passed away of suicide and same with my father. They passed away not even a year and half from each other, and being the one to find them put a lot of trauma in my mind. About almost two years of being married my husband decides to get a new battery for his watch. We go into the shop and I look deeply at the jewelry in the cases wishing I had a way to fix my moms ring since the jewels were loose.
I haven't worn my ring in almost a year since it didn't look or feel right, even after taking it to a family Jeweler and having him work on it. One of the employees there approached us while we were waiting on the watch, and offered to let me try on one of the rings. Me just being me, I declined, secretly thinking I wasn't good enough for such things, and then he insisted and pulled out a ring and I tried it on. Tears swelled up in my eyes as I thought about how I didn't really get the chance to even ring shop since we had already decided my mothers ring would be my ring.
They gave me a personal experience that I shared a shared a short version of my life and he offered to looked at and clean the ring. After dropping my husband off at work, I rushed home and grabbed my mothers ring. After examining it they told me that it was a vintage ring that you don't see too often and my hopes were down that it wouldn't be repaired.
He then lifted my hopes again when he told me he would just need the head of the ring repaired and I became ecstatic with the news. They now have my mothers ring and are working desperately to help me find a new head and get me a quote. I would highly recommend this place and I will absolutely be coming back.

We were in and out! Which is what I wanted because the longer I linger the more indecisive I begin to grow. I came in to find a quaint diamond wedding ring to replace my temporary one I am currently wearing. Craig was so helpful, kind and patient! Also very informative and mindfully honest!
