He is very professional and performed a thorough evaluation of the item I brought over. The appraisal documentation is detailed and complete. Harold is an expert when it comes to gems. While his knowledge is second to none, he's also not afraid to ask questions to have all the facts in order to provide an accurate appraisal. He takes his time and does his due diligence, and even suggests what could be done to preserve or improve the piece. His pricing is fair, and I felt my ring was safe with him for the entire time.
