Great service! Very patient and trustworthy. I have purchased over 5 gold bars very happy with my purchases. And their prices are good.

We came in to have my ring cleaned and Mike helped us. There was no charge even though my fiance did not purchase it there. Mike inspected my ring and then took it to the back to clean it, there is a glass window so we could see how they clean it. My ring came back shiny and beautiful. We were really happy with Mike's service and expertise. Everyone working there was friendly and welcoming. Will definitely go back again and refer friends and family.

Taking advantage of people Sold a 14 karat ring as a 10karat ring and tried to sell my friend a replica Morgan silver dollar. Stay away, there's so many better places, they're thieves

I found this place on yelp and I decided to do a walk in. I needed a watch battery replacement and my necklace fixed. They told me it would take 20 minutes For the battery replacement but the necklace would be a couple of days. Which is quick! I walked around the stores in the shopping center which there is a lot, and then by the time I got back they replaced my battery watch and fixed my necklace!

The guys here are very friendly and Communicate very well. This is definitely my go to spot for all of my jewelry repair and battery replacements. They also have a variety of jewelry if you are in the market for that!

Bought their jewelry; sold them jewelry and coins; had them repair our jewelry; had them appraise our jewelry; replaced more watch batteries than we can count. never a problem. Always honest and good pricing. All staff as been professional, polite, friendly, honest and efficient.

I came in to get my watch repaired. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you come in ask for Mike, he is a stand up guy who knows his stuff.

I was surprised to see this Submariner in the display case and knew I had to have it. I got a great deal and they offered to warranty the watch for three years which I thought was above and beyond! I've used them to service my watches in the past and now I'm excited to add this watch my collection!

I needed two watch batteries replaced and was happy I came here. The gentleman who helped me was friendly and courteous. He did it pretty quickly too. I walked around the store and saw that they had a beautiful selection of jewelry, watches, and coins. Some of the coins looked super antique. He said they made most of the jewelry I saw. It was a dazzling display!

THEY SWITCHED MY DIAMOND RING I am writing this with a heavy heart. On Saturday 2/5/2022, I came in here to sell my engagement ring for my upcoming fertility treatment procedure this year. There were 2 gentleman that works here, and the older one was the one who assisted me. After showing him the ring, he took it out of my sight to "inspect" it. After a few minutes, he returned and told me that my ring is not a real diamond when I know for a fact that it was.

I immediately noticed that the ring he was showing me has a different feature than the one I originally brought in. When I pointed this out, he stood up from his chair and yelled at me telling me that I am making a scene. I calmly repeated myself and after telling him for the second time hat it was not my ring, he then yelled again and told me to leave.

He then proceeded to help other customers that just came in the store as I left in disbelief. Not only this store stole my diamond ring from me, but they took away an opportunity that I have been saving up for in a long time. I do hope that your potential customers will read this review and think twice about doing business with you. After all, you are bound to get what you give out to the world tenfold.

I had to sell several pieces of gold jewelry as part of an estate sale. Cameron was terrific, and he and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They identified what was gold and what was not, and paid me on the spot for the gold. Cameron even provided written sales prices for each piece without additional charge so I could provide that to the court appointed probate referee.

I am a repeat customer. Have purchased gold, and recently sold coins and jewelry with Cameron. Every time I come to this place, I feel very comfortable with the staff. They provide me with a sense of trust, plus they are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. Definitely will continue to come back to this place. I recently bought my engagement ring from Cameron at the Irvine Gold Mine. I was extremely happy with the service. I had shopped around at a few other jewelers and not only was Cameron the most helpful but he had the best prices too. He spent a lot of time educating me on diamonds and had a ton of products to show me. When we finally decided on the ring, Cameron sent me professional pictures before picking it up.

Frequently, and infrequently come here and never once has their customer service been bad. Everybody knows what they're doing, is always helpful, and delivers on what is needed. You could do no wrong shopping here.

Cameron was great. I had a watch passed down to me from my father and he helped coordinate everything with the watch maker to get some things repaired and serviced. Very kind and friendly service. I searched many places to buy gold and silver. I called several places and called them the cheapest, so I went to the store myself, but I didn't know what to buy and asked them enough to be annoying, but they explained it so kindly and it helped me think and decide what products to invest in. I bought it little by little at first, and now I'm a regular customer, so I always buy it believing in Cameron. It's a place I can really trust and highly recommend!

Over the years I've trusted Irvine Gold Mine to service my Rolex watches and other prized possessions. They've done a great job every time. They never try to sell me on upgrades that I don't need or want. It takes about two weeks to do it (which is fast compared to the other jewelry stores I've worked with before them) and they charge less than the mall stores and a whole hell of a lot less than official Rolex and they warranty everything, though I've never needed to use their warranty period.

I would recommend anyone with a watch or jewelry repair need to take it to these guys to have it done. Always satisfied, consistently impressed, and never been disappointed. Additionally I referred my sister to them who now has always raved about the service and I know they've done a lot of work for her too. It means a lot that I was able to send in someone I care about and they were helped the same way as I was all these years.

We love the Gold Mine! My parents and I have been customers for years. Cameron and Victor are knowledgeable and kind. Just recently I designed rings for my mom and I with Joe (the jeweler). We used stones and metal from jewelry that had been in our family to create matching rings. Joe was so helpful and communicative during the process. He is a talented artist with a passion for creation and attention to detail. We couldn't be happier with our finished rings: they are beautiful and meaningful! We are so thankful to Joe and can't recommend the Gold Mine enough :)
