JC Jewelers is in the business of celebrating love and life, in the perfect setting of the historic log cabin that is their home, just off of the Jackson Hole town square. Founded and owned by husband and wife team, Jeter and Jan Case, the two have grown together with their business over the last thirty two years.
JC Jewelers offers fine handcrafted originals designed and made in Jackson Hole, Wyoming alongside a carefully curated collection of fine jewelry made by some of today's most exciting jewelry artists. The jewelry in our store is made with conflict-free diamonds and fair trade gemstones, and we use environmentally responsible precious metals.
The JC Jewelers studio creates custom jewelry in platinum and gold. From the first conversation to the finishing touches, we strive for transparency and excellence in our custom design services, making the process a delightful and unique experience. Asked to exchange a pendant in white gold purchased and marked JC on the back for yellow gold-same pendant told no would have to purchase another in that color of gold. Shown on their webpage also. Poor communication and response time as I tried to explain 3 times that this was an exchange not a new purchase. Other Jewelry stores in Jackson Hole are friendlier and more accomodating to loyal buyers.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Husband and wife owned. Lovely people. I have been a customer for at least ten years. Every time I travel to Jackson hole I pay then a visit. My wife loves Jeter's designs. Jan has been a great guide in choosing what I needed. I highly recommend them for a one of a kind piece of jewelry that will last for ever.

What a cute little fine jewelry store. Everything is made in house. Of course my lovely wife bought a necklace and a rose gold ring. The prices are very affordable. Tip: if you don't live in Wyoming or Utah, have it shipped, so you don't have to pay for taxes. The two ladies that were working were so sweet. They cleaned our rings for us.

I always have the BEST experience at JC Jewlers! They have the kindest, most welcoming people who work there and the most gorgeous pieces I've ever seen. Bri helped me today after I came in w/ rusted silver jewelry from the sulfur hot springs (one of the pieces being my favorite necklace I've worn since I was 18) and she fixed it right up to look brand new :') I bought this beautiful sterling silver, daisy spinner ring that fits so comfortably and is incredible looking. I just love them so much and if you're in the market for a nice piece, statement or dainty - shop local and go to JC Jewlers!

I visited the store back in June and everyone was extremely helpful as I searched for the perfect jewelry to commemorate my visit to Wyoming. I wanted something a bit different, and they worked with me after I had to return home to pick out the right style and elk ivory combination. They kept me informed about pricing and timing of completion -- my ring got delivered right on time and was even more lovely than I was expecting.
I've gotten many compliments on it. The staff, particularly Bree, were fabulous, friendly, and very helpful without being pushy. I will definitely go back when I get back to the area.

I never knew what my "dream" engagement ring would look like, but after a meeting with Jeter, he knew better than I did and created a piece I absolutely love! I entrusted him with a family ring, which could be slightly scary in the wrong hands, and instead of completely altering it, he just enhanced it. I love that it still has the vintage feel, but with a modern twist. I couldn't be happier with the custom work done by Jeter and his team at JC Jewelers!

My family and I take trips to Jackson every few years and I always make a point to visit this jewelry store! We love it! I'm so impressed with the workmanship and quality of jewelry! I'm So happy with my new elk horn necklace! They were able to add a diamond to the horn for me and then sent it to me. Super fast! We will definitely be returning customers!

If you are in search of a one of a kind piece of jewelry and to be treated like a queen while you are searching for said piece; JC Jewelers is the place! We had been to six other jewelers before landing upon JC's. Although we were treated respectfully at most of the places; Bri at JC's took such great care of myself and my besties! She was conscientious, knowledgeable, and extremely genuine when helping us select our pieces.

I am overwhelmed by the incredible selection and wonderful service by this local jeweler. Bree was kind, accommodating, and incredibly helpful, being mindful of my budget. Darling shop with helpful staff. I'm very picky about turquoise and had a lot of questions about a pair of earrings that caught my eye. The associate helping me didn't have the mine information so I didn't make the purchase, but I called later (still obsessed) and was promised a call back with details, and I received the info within 24 hours.
As I was back home at this point, I experienced remote customer service which was very professional and prompt. I bought the earrings, they were carefully and quickly shipped to me and within a week of receiving the earrings I had a printed appraisal (for insurance) in hand. I appreciated that the store wasn't overwhelming with so many choices - I was able to look at the selection, try a few things on and receive good support.

I LOVE JC Jewelers. They SAVED my vacation, and my ring finger! I got my ring caught in a railing and it caused my finger to swell and turn black and blue. We were dreading a $2,000 emergency room bill so I called JC Jewelers and Jan so sweetly said, come over and I'll cut it off in no time! Sure enough, it took one minute, was painless and she wouldn't charge me anything! This is also a beautiful jewelry store with a very nice selection! I ended up buying a ring and love it. I will return the next time I'm in Jackson Hole!

I received a package today from JC Jewelers. Like a little kid it was an early Christmas gift and could not wait until I opened it. After opening the fourth box there was a beautiful pair of elk ivory earrings and an elk ivory pendant. JC Jewelers did an awesome job and would highly recommend this store. Angela and Jan were very helpful. Thank you for making a Texas girl happy.
