I went into Jaffe jewelers to ask a question and I was greeted in such a beautiful way by the staff and the owner. The atmosphere there was very cordial and at the same time very professional. The store was immaculate, the jewelry exquisite. Very nice experience.

Loved walking in here and talking to both Lynda and Drew! Really feels like a family in there and they are really know their stuff about Diamonds and Engagement rings. I'll think of this Jewelry Store again during Mothers Day and the next Valentine's Day.

I came in the other day to get some Jewelry looked at. I was greeted with the highest respect and taken well care of. I was treated and talk to with respect and the employees were really caring. I am very thankful for a good experience. Mr. Drew Fussnecker took care of me and listened to what I had to say. He provided his expertise and assisted with my search for a new piece. Good prices and friendly staff on jewelry. We've made one purchase and also had some work done on a custom piece, and they were able to finish the work and get the rings back ahead of schedule.

I don't normally write reviews, but felt that sharing my experience could help others. I went to a dozen or so jewelry stores in the greater Dayton area when I was looking to buy an engagement ring. Jaffe was hands down the best customer service of anywhere I went. In the age of corporations and big business, this was refreshing. They cared about my preferences as a customer while still proving their expertise and experience. Jaffe focuses on ensuring quality in their jewelry.

It might not be the least expensive place you can buy, but it is the best value. An extremely transparent shopping experience. There was one issue with a supplier during my custom order. During this issue, Jaffe communicated constant updates to keep me informed throughout the resolution, without me having to ever ask or pull the information. Additionally, I was compensated for the mistake, again without having to ask or showing any negative emotions. Nothing but positive things from my experience. Can't even imagine doing a custom order anywhere else.

The ring that we ended up receiving paired very well with the engagement ring, and the quality of the work was great. Although the ring was great, physically getting the ring we ordered was a bit of a hassle. My main issue with my experience at Jaffe had to do specifically with the service provided by the salesperson we worked with. If we had worked directly with Mr. Jaffe, my rating would possibly have been higher. You can tell he cares about his business very much.

Just before the holidays I stopped into Jaffe Jewelers just to browse. The sales people were all very friendly to me and they helped me to find a few items that were perfect for me. The whole staff members work as a team. They are patient and the listed to my wants. Hats off to all of the crew at Jaffe jewelers.

Buying jewelry has always made me nervous. When I visited the store, the owner personally assisted with my selecting of a diamond for an engagement ring. After that was complete, he assured me that he would locate two half moons that paired perfectly. He built the ring quickly and it was perfect. I received great service and the ring couldn't be better.

Would not recommend. My in laws paid to have my heirloom wedding/engagement rings sized and fixed up as our wedding gift. The rings are still way too big, and if they tightened the stones, they didn't do it well - I lost one less than a year later. They did clean them and build up the thin bands nicely, hence an extra star. I'm pretty sure my ILs were overcharged also.

We have been buying jewelry from Larry for over 10 years now. He's extremely knowledgable and his store carries only the best quality jewelry. My husband traded my 1 carat diamond in for a 3 carat stone for our 30th wedding anniversary and it is stunning! I constantly get compliments on it. I also bought my watch and several other pieces of jewelry from him. We now live in Houston however my husband still surprises me with little blue Jaffe Jewelry boxes for Christmas and other special occasions!

I would not recommend! Brought my antique diamond ring to them to add a platinum shank to strengthen the band. He did a terrible job! Too much platinum was added, which did not match the antique design. I think they did sell only so they could charge me more! After paying for all that additional platinum, I had to go back and ask them to fix it. I will never do any further business with them. Totally disappointed.

Larry is the only jeweler I have used for ten years. I have purchased multiple high-end items and have always been satisfied. When I proposed, he allowed me to take an assortment of engagement rings with me to ensure my wife's satisfaction. My wife was able to pick out the exact ring she wanted at the proposal. The next day, I returned the other rings.

This is something only Larry Jaffe would do. When I purchased my wife's Valentine's Day present, he bought our dinner at Salar. Again, this is something only Larry Jaffe would do for his customers. If you want true, high-end jewelry, Jaffe's is ohio's only choice.

Do not trust Larry Jaffe or Jaffe Jewelers. I gave Larry Jaffe my diamond ring to sale on consignment. After Larry Jaffe sold, again sold my ring and then lied and told me that he had not sold it but would not return it to me. Several times he told me the ring was out with with another jeweler. I then received via the mail a anonymous letter saying Larry had sold my diamond and furnished me with a copy of the receipt with the date, amount and the person he sold it to. Larry still denied selling the diamond even after I showed him a copy of the bill of sale. Now I am forced to hire an attorney and sue him. See you and court Larry. One last thing Larry is not a gemologist so the appraisal that he gives you is worthless.
