Services
JC Sipe is a full-service jeweler. We offer standard jewelry repair (ie ring sizing, stone setting & replacement, chain repair, etc.) as well as heirloom restoration in our shop on the premises. We work in all precious metals, including platinum. Additional services include watch repair, pearl restringing, and engraving.
It has always been a concern of Whitehouse Brothers to build quality jewelry based on fine designs. Platinum has allowed. After being told by multiple jewelry stores that it would be anywhere from a week to three weeks to have my wedding set tacked, I contacted Sam at JC Sipes and he had me come in and it was done that day. Not only was it done quickly, but Garnet found another issue with my ring and fixed it as well; no additional charge. I could not have been more pleased with everyone there, including the adorable puppy! I definitely will be using them for all things jewelry related from now on.

Sam and Garnet designed an upgrade to my wife's 15 year old engagement + wedding ring set that blew us out of the water. We couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. Sam is such an amicable person to work with, zero pressure and was so helpful throughout the entire process. Although this was our first experience working with JC Sipe, I have no doubt we will never go anywhere else. Their product and customer experience is second to none.

We went here a several months ago while distilling ideas for what my wife wanted for our 20th anniv. We returned a few months ago nearly settled on the idea and finalized it during that visit: A custom design based on what my wife wanted which was an emerald cut laying lengthwise and flanked on both sides in a platinum ring. I'm kinda jealous; it looks really nice!
Including when I went to pick it up last week, their service every time was friendly, patient, informative and helpful. We both like these folks. Next time I want jewelry, I will definitely return to them.

Sipe Jewelers designed our wedding rings 30 years ago, and they are still beautiful, timeless, and amazing. They have even cleaned and repaired them without charge. As the husband, I was very said when I was in an accident that damaged my ring. They needed to reset a sapphire and add more gold to restore it. The cost was minor. They do awesome work.

I am so pleased with my experiences at JC Sipe Jewelers! Not only is their selection of vintage jewelry beautiful, it was extremely easy to get my vintage rings sized, and they had them completed quickly. The most recent was ready for pick up in one day! In addition, sizing was free on both rings since they had been purchased from their store. They are very knowledgeable about jewelry and are willing to give advice, even if the jewelry was not purchased from their store or is a brand they do not carry. I appreciate their expertise! JC Sipe will be our first stop for any fine jewelry purchases in the future, and they should be at the top of your list, too!

My now Fiance and I worked with Sam to make the perfect engagement ring--he was extremely helpful, especially considering I had some unusual requests. He absolutely went the extra mile. He spent a lot of time educating us on the options, the process, what to consider, etc. I can't speak more highly of the service and product I received. I'm definitely a customer for life!
