I brought a very important (and very old) ring into Windsor to be resized and re-finished -- a piece that was given to me by my grandfather when I was just a baby. The team at Windsor did a fantastic job, even maintaining the integrity of both engravings on the interior of the ring (which many jewelers found difficult because of how much it needed to be sized up). I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

The buying office is private, the receptionist offered me a cold drink, much appreciated on a hot day, and the buyer was courteous and very knowledgeable.
