I have a old watch that my mother gave me and I've taken to many jeweler's and none of them were able to change the battery. I walked into the jewelers trade shop to browse and decided to ask about my watch. Within 45 seconds they came back with it fixed! I'm so amazed by the customer service and the ability of the jeweler. I will be back for all my future jewelry pieces, especially the opal ones!

Went by for a few simple questions about repairs and a planning ahead for an anniversary, Anna was exceptional! She was very helpful! Everyone was friendly! Will be getting my anniversary gift from here once I decide which item my wife will like most!

Anna walked me through the process of purchasing my engagement ring and I couldn't have been more impressed with the experience. I called Hartley, and talked to Morgan a couple times on the phone about surprising my dad with a gift for his birthday! Very courteous staff and attentive to your needs as soon as you walk in the shop. Beautiful selection of jewelry. I had watch batteries replaced on seven watches, and their prices were very fair. Great experience!

I had a custom engagement ring and ring guard made based on my own design and using my grandma's diamond. They did a great job and I got input every step of the way. Allie is who helped work with us and she was delightful. If I want any custom jewelry done in the future, this is definitely where I'll go!

My fiance and I stopped into Jewelers Trade Shop to look at wedding bands and watches this past summer. We we greeted by a cheerful group which made us feel right at home. I asked a few questions about some watches and was then introduced to a sales manager by the name of Morgan. I can't tell you enough how amazing Morgan treated us. I ended buying the ring without my Fiance knowing it was happening.

The only jewelry store I trust along the gulf coast. They are the gold standard, shop with confidence. Makenzie and Morgan are my favorites to deal with but everyone in that establishment is top notch!

Just made my first purchase and will be back! The whole staff was friendly and helpful but the real gem in this place was Bob Johnson! My husband and I wondered in on a whim, liked a few pieces but I wasn't in love with the settings. Bob mentioned that they had a custom shop on site and worked with me for the next two days to get me the perfect. stone and build a custom piece.

I doubt it was the most expensive thing he sold today, but he treated me like it was.and that was priceless! Thank you Bob for making this a memorable trip and helping me build a beautiful ring! Can't wait to get it!

My wife and I had just moved to Pensacola and needed some jewelry appraised for insurance purposes. Jewelers Trade Shop was recommended to us and we couldn't be happier. When we arrived we were greeted by Anna who was very cheerful and welcoming. We got our jewelry appraised and was happy with what there estimated values were. I even bought a new watch from Anna while we were there. Anna was very knowledgeable of the items they sold and was a pleasure to work with and never felt pressured to purchase.
