I have had "Older" jewelry repaired twice at Jim Green Jewelers. In both instances the repairs were completed within a reasonable time frame and the repairs were financially reasonable. Most importantly the repairs were made in a more than acceptable manner. I am well pleased with their services in all respects. I should not need to have same jewels repaired twice.

Have been customers since we moved here 45 years ago. Have bought several estate pieces, and had at least 3 custom pieces made Never disappointed. one of the custom rings was for my husband.w/ emerald stones set in it. I wore it home (too BIG) and it fell off at gas station, onto concrete. took it back to buy and replace the stone. He would not let me pay for it, and I never tried to wear any of my husbands rings again. I think these folks are top notch, reliable. as well as talented.

Told that they buy gold. Went there promptly and was told no. Upon asking for Lady I spoke to, the owner Jim comes out. I tried to explain what I was told and he yelled at me I don't want to hear it. Jim looks at my gold piece weighs it at 3.2 grams, does nothing else to it and replies you have maybe $9 worth of what is gold in it. I realized he was cheating me. Took it down the street, was given $85.20 for it It was tested as 14 CT gold. When I called them about they tried to turn the whole situation around. Even attacked my character. There isn't any honesty at this den of thieves.

We have been customers of Jim Green jewelers for many years and have always been satisfied with the quality of our purchases and the value received. Recently my wife had an heirloom ring crack next to a decorative design area. The well-worn ring had been passed down generation to generation from my wife's Italian great-great Grandmother so it is priceless to her.
We were given an amazingly reasonable estimate and we entrusted them to do the repair. We picked up the ring this morning and are in awe of the quality of the repair - it is like the break never happened. The entire ring was also cleaned and polished - it looks amazing. We highly recommend Jim Green for any jewelry need.
