Terrible service. My engagement ring was sent here from Littmans to be cleaned and refinished, when I got it back the first time it was missing a diamond in the band. It was sent back for a new stone to be set and when it came back the second time the stone was too large for the band width and the solder work was terrible. It was left with rough edges from the solder and a loose too large diamond in the band.

In the end, I fought Littmans. However, the damage that had been done was too extensive to repair. They replaced my ring outright and I lost all sentiments attached to the original ring. It was an incredibly sad situation.
