I cannot recommend John Fulton Jewelers enough. You are treated like family from the moment you walk in the door. After having a not great experience at another local jeweler for my engagement ring, I can confidently say John Fulton Jewelers is the exact opposite experience in such an amazing way. I'm refurbishing my grandfather's wedding band and have no doubt it will be amazing - John has been great at giving ideas and listening to my vision. So excited to see the finished product!

I brought John eight tiny diamonds and the gold from one of my grandmother's many rings with the hopes of having something made for my mom in time for her 50th wedding anniversary. Always the last-minute type, I only gave John 2 weeks to get it done in time, and not only did he pull through, but he practically read my mind with the design of the ring. I told him I wanted it simple, and sort of "rustic", and he said "you want it to look celestial". Yes! Exactly it! John was great to do business with.

An overwhelmed future MIL needed a very unique and specific bridal present for her future DIL during COVID19 pandemic. A pair of studs set in rose gold with not in store stock pair of salt-and-pepper diamonds to match her engagement ring to be completed by the wedding date in 2 weeks.

John and his staff have made every experience a wonderful one so far. I needed work done on my engagement ring, and he was the only jeweler who told me he was capable of doing it. I recently had a death in my family and wanted to buy a special piece of jewelry. I needed it done within a week, and he made sure that happened. I will never use another jeweler.

I went to see John as the setting and side stones on my engagement ring have never been quite right. He sourced two complimentary diamonds in color and cut, and reset them. I chose a setting that when it arrived I found too heavy, so John designed and made the setting himself. He was careful to understand everything I was looking for, was very patient and kind throughout the process, and produced exactly what I wanted - I love it! I couldn't be happier!

I reached out to John to see if he could change my watchband. I had ordered a tool online to see if I could do it myself, but the job proved difficult. John responded quickly to my email, reached out to me the next time he was in the shop, and did the work perfectly. He was easy to work with, engaging, and caring. I can tell he's a pro. My parents have been going to John Fulton Jewelers for over 20 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. My father recently passed away and I inherited his jewelry and watches, some of which needed repair. I asked my mom who to go to and without hesitation recommended John. John was recommended to us by a family member, so we gave them a call. They resized our ring on the spot, and even stayed a little past their posted hours. I stopped into this lovely store to see about having my engagement ring re-sized. My ring is a pear shaped stone and I felt that it was outdated so I asked about possibly trading my ring in for a new one. Kate suggested taking my stone and placing it into a new setting, showing me several beautiful choices. I opted to go with a gorgeous new setting, which was ordered in yellow gold for me, and use my original engagement stone.

I was also under a bit of a time crunch as I wanted the piece in time for my daughter's September wedding. The ring turned out to be absolutely beautiful! I had no idea my diamond was so stunning -- it simply needed the right setting to truly stand out. I had my ring in time for our big event and received SO many compliments on it -- on the wedding day and every day thereafter. It wasn't but a year ago that I was working with Kate Dargaty to find a pair of earrings for the love of my life and last month Kate was back at it again helping me find the perfect diamond to propose. To say it was a seamless process is an understatement. Kate's eye for the perfect diamond as well as the setting had my fiance in instant tears when she saw the ring.

Her attention to every detail made the process comfortable and reassuring. My fiance thought that a surprise trip to Aruba was more than enough for one trip until I pulled her under a tiki hut to escape the rain at Flamingo Beach, dropped to one knee and promised my love to her forever. My initial introduction to John Fulton Jewelers was to have my wife's wedding ring appraised for a new insurance policy. This was a very positive experience on both a professional and personal level. Based on this initial experience, I later came back to purchase an emerald ring, designed by John, to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. I had a ring made 17 years ago. I wear it every day. It is still as beautiful as the day I received it. John was incredibly helpful in designing it and creating it. Recently when I inquired about some new work, I was met with the same friendly professionalism as always. Incredibly talented & knowledgeable.

We first went to John Fulton Jewlers when we were shopping for my engagement ring in 2012. John Matta was very knowledgeable and helpful to us then and he has been our jeweler of choice ever since. We have had repairs done, bought watches, gemstones and recently John set a beautiful engagement ring for my future-son-in-law to present to my daughter. Cannot say enough good things about John and his entire staff.

I have my chain handle fix three times and first two time in less then year, he charge me 36 dollar and claim the lock on it was cheap. however he the one that fix and it and then play stupid on it. Claiming he could not look up. he did fix it, but for third time charge me 26 dollars so he got 75 dollars out of me. Now other time, my family use him, he seem good. i just felt I was ripped off.
