I had four watches needing batteries/repair and looking for a birthday gift for my wife. John was personable, asked what my wife liked in the form of a necklace and helped me pick out what is now my wife's favorite necklace. 14k gold with three dangling diamonds. I've never seen a chain, let alone the diamonds, sparkle in such a stunning, eye catching way.
Oh and by the way, the watches were ready for pick up the following day. Thank you John for making my wife's birthday so special She's still thanking me for her necklace three days later

Jessica was incredibly helpful, super nice, friendly and accommodating. We had such a positive experience there getting wedding bands and my ring appraised! Excellent work on a ring I requested. My husband just passed and this was his earring with a stone I wanted transferred to a ring and it came out beautiful. My family and I loved the work they did. The staff was patient helping me figure out what would look good. I would definitely recommend this place.
