I went in on the recommendation of another jeweler back at home to get ring ideas and could not have been more pleased with the service! They were aware that I was just getting ideas, but still went out of their way to ensure that I found exactly what I wanted! Kim was so helpful and attentive and made the whole process easy, comfortable, and enjoyable! Joey and Dan were also great in answering any questions I had while shopping! Dan and all of the staff members at Johnson's Jewelers of Raleigh were extremely helpful in the process of creating my dream engagement ring. Johnson's Jewelers helped me create the perfect engagement ring for my fiancee. I knew I wanted to work with them as soon as I called. Kara answered right away and spent a few minutes going over my basic questions. When I called some of the other places in town I was put on hold for awhile before speaking to someone who made me feel like I was just a sale to them.
Once I visited, Caroline worked patiently with me while we crafted the perfect ring. I felt so well taken care of and the pricing was very fair. I would highly recommend them to others.

We love our wedding bands and the engagement ring we ordered from this charming spot. They had a wide range of options and went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. Our only complaint is that customer service was sometimes wonderful, but occasionally frustrating when we felt we could have enjoyed slightly less attention and input.

10/10 recommend shopping at Johnson's Jewelers of Raleigh. My husband made my engagement ring here, and we both picked out our wedding bands for each other here as well. Dan and his team were incredibly helpful when it came time to purchase an engagement ring last year. Dan worked very hard for me over the course of several weeks to bring in different diamonds to help me find the perfect one. The entire experience was exceptional, from the friendly service, diamond education, responsiveness, time spent with me and pricing.
I found the prices to be as good as anywhere else around, typically better. I cannot say enough good things about this place. If you are in the market for an engagement ring go check them out.

My fiance and I worked with Dan at Johnson's Jewelers and had the best experience. My fiance got my engagement ring from there, and liked the experience so much we returned to them for our wedding bands. Dan was patient, attentive to our needs, and worked with us to help us get our dream rings within our budget. He is very knowledgeable and we trusted him completely throughout the process!
We love this place because it's family owned and you are treated like family every time you go and they remember you by name. We won't go anywhere else in Raleigh for our jewelry!

I had a great experience purchasing my engagement ring at Johnson's Jewelers of Raleigh. I'm somewhat of a novice when it come to jeweler, so it was really important to me to find a jewler that I could trust. Their staff made feel right at home and took the time to explain all the intricacies of purchasing a quality stone. I visited their store over the course of several weeks to find the perfect ring. Through it all, they were patient and helpful without making me feel rushed to make a decision. Their staff is amazing and the ring was perfect.
