I WENT TO 2 OTHER JEWELLERS AND THEY BOTH CONFIRMED AFTER TESTING IT RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME THAT IT WAS 18K AND OFFERED $975 PLEASE TAKE YOUR GOLD ELSEWHERE THEY ARE DISHONEST AND THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE WHOM THEY THINK THEY CAN SCAM!

BUYER BEWARE! They told me my bracelet was 14k and I knew it was 18k, so I walked out and went to 2 other jewellers and they both confirmed the bangle was 18k plus almost 19k so I sold it for gold weight at $975 at a nother jeweller which at Jon Paul Jewellers they wanted to give me $450 gold weight. THEY ARE SCAMMERS, GOOD THING I WENT WITH MY INSTINCT AND LEFT.SHADEY DISHONEST PLACE, PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED. IF YOU ARE UNFAMILIAR ABOUT THE JEWELRY BUSINESS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! STAY AWAY FROM JON PAUL JEWELLERS!

I had a pair of pearl earring that were set in White Gold that kept irritating my ears, it was getting difficult to wear them for more then a few hours before my earring would get infected. I went to Derco and spoke with Jim about having my earring replaced or reset, he suggested that I reset them in Yellow Gold, as they yellow gold typically caused less irritation.

We have used Jon Paul for battery replacement on our watches. Very reasonable. This time I needed an earring loosened so it did not cut into my ear. They fixed the issue and would not accept any payment. Excellent staff and expertise on fine jewelry. Thank you.

I was referred to this jeweler by a good friend of mine and I'm so glad I was! I have been back twice now with rings I recently inherited from my grandmother to get resized. I can't say enough great things about my experience! It's in a beautiful location off the beaten path and near the beach without a lot of traffic. The shop itself is welcoming with a beautiful collection of jewelry, but the most outstanding part is their customer service.

Although there have been other customers when I walk in, someone always takes the time to give you a warm greeting as if they've been expecting you. I can tell by the interactions with other customers that they have a lot of regulars, and I can see why. It almost feels like stepping back in time. The kind of service and expertise they provide is extremely hard to come by these days in any business, and it is greatly appreciated!

Great service, people and experience! I would definitely recommend them. My husband and I are new to the area and had mixed experiences with other jewelers. We are approaching our 10 year anniversary and I was having issues with my 10+ year old pave setting. I wanted to upgrade and look at new settings. Matthew was professional and patient as we went through all the options.

My family has been long time customers of Jon Paul. From watches of all brands, bracelets, earrings you name it- he handled it all. When it came time for myself to research and purchase my fiance's engagement ring and wedding band, I felt that there was no one better to trust with this process. I don't know much about diamonds and how to look for the proper details (color, cut, clarity) so the process seemed intimidating.

Dropped off a scratched watch they couldn't fix so they sent it to a 3rd party to repair. Before I have a chance to pick it they decide to take family vacation and close the store without notifying me. It's been over 2 months since I dropped the watch off. For all I know, one them could be wearing it on their family trip right now.
