Absolutely 5 stars all around! We brought in my gold charm bracelet today to add a new charm. The store was closed for the holiday but Jon opened it up for us, and soldered the charm right on the spot. He also helped me to rearrange the order of the charms so it's more balanced out on the bracelet. Top notch customer service, and we will be back again in the future.
