Julianna, along with her daughter, Judy, first opened Julianna's Fine Jewelry in "The Village at Corte Madera" when the Mall was established over 30 years ago. Julie, having been in the jewelry business for 20 years prior to that, brought her vast designer jewelry knowledge and business savvy to this venture. Julianna's granddaughter, Caitlyn, can also be seen working in the custom jewelry designer store alongside the mother-daughter team. If you are lucky, all three generations might be at work at the same time.

I had a great experience here! I recently needed my engagement ring resized, but wasn't ready to part with it yet. I brought it in, and they quickly put a sizing band on it for me to continue to wear. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes (and only that long because I enjoyed talking to them and asked about 500 questions). I was so pleased with their quick solution and general knowledge and customer service.
Everyone I have spoken to here has been so friendly, beyond helpful and truly knows/cares about their jewelry. I plan on returning for any jewelry/watch care I need in the future and can't recommend them highly enough for anything needed.

I recently bought an LHD Pelagos second-hand from one of their customers. I had a little hiccup with the documents so I swung by and they were super-helpful and friendly. They even adjusted my band for me on the spot and gave me a little walk-through on the functions and features. I'm a stickler for good customer service and they didn't disappoint. Amazing selections, reasonable pricing and great services! I've been coming to Juliana for 8 years now since we moved to Marin. They even helped fix my Wife's special bracelet when she couldn't get them to close with no charge because I got it for her on Valentine's the year before, we greatly appreciate it! It took 10 minutes or so to be helped which was fine, it gave me a chance to look around. When it was my turn to be helped the older lady with an accent asked me what I needed in a rushed voice even though there were no unhelped customers in the store. She seemed very annoyed when I asked the price of a couple of watches. The first one was easy, the second not so much.
When she couldn't just flip the price tag on the watch because the tag was stuck in its mount, she grabbed the watch quickly and slammed the drawer so hard that several watches came out of their space. When she did get the price I asked to see it and she held it up as she sighed while rolling her eyes. She wouldn't even let me touch the watch. The price was good for the watch and I was tempted but I couldn't swallow being treated like that.
I could only imagine what the service would be like once I bought based on how hard they don't try to gain a new customer. I ordered the exact watch for more $ elsewhere. I will pay for good service.
