While the business has grown from a small jewelry appraisal shop in 1982 into a gleaming store overlooking Highway 65 and Battlefield Road, we are incredibly proud to be an independent, locally-owned jeweler.

I went in knowing nothing about diamonds or what I would want/need in a ring. We were helped immediately without an appointment and they were happy to have us there. After going to multiple jewelers they knew the most about engagement rings and had the best customer service. Matt Hogue is the one who helped us and answered all of our questions with very knowledgeable and detailed answers.

We were there for over an hour and he held patience and professionalism the entire time. Highly recommend to any future brides. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We bought my wedding ring from Justice Jewelers in 2015 but recently decided we wanted to upgrade my center diamond. We worked with Jasmine Weaver and she made everything a breeze. She brought in multiple diamonds until we found the one that we couldn't live without. She explained the whole process of the upgrade and kept us updated with the progress of my ring.

You could tell she genuinely cared about our happiness because when I cried when I saw my ring for the first time with the upgrade she cried too. We absolutely loved working with her and Justice Jewelers. we will continue doing business with them.

Most of the employees are still wearing masks, their drive-thru wasn't open which makes it very inconvenient for a cleaning, and the girl who cleaned it was pretty unfriendly and snarky. Their hours are also pretty inconvenient. I only give it two stars because I do like my ring, however the service is not usually a pleasant experience.

I LOVE justice jewlers! I have a baby that does not like getting in and out of the car seat and isn't feeling well and they helped me out today so much. So thankful for such a caring, down to earth business! Will purchase all of our jewelry here for years and years to come

I had a custom ring made at Justice Jewelers. It's gorgeous and comes with two free sizing. Their work is amazing and they really listen to my questions and ideas.

We have purchased several items from this jeweler. Approximately six years ago we purchased an engagement ring, followed eventually by wedding bands. My set came with the bridal guarantee, which requires that the customer bring the ring in at least every six months. For years I have faithfully followed that schedule, even though the last two times the customer service was less than stellar.

At that time, I figured I shouldn't complain about a free service. I took the ring in today, just about three months overdue as I had a baby in January. I figured this wouldn't be a big deal as I hadn't worn the ring during this time due to swelling. Imagine my surprise when I was told that it needed almost $500 in repairs in order to reinstate the guarantee.

I immediately took the ring to another reputable jeweler, where it was cleaned and inspected, with minor adjustments made all for free. They always offer this service for free. Very glad I found this jeweler so that I have no reason to return to Justice.

Not the same customer service it used to be. Can't blame Covid. I took my ring in years ago (before Covid) and 2 of the small diamonds fell out the day after they cleaned it. When I took it back, they replaced the diamonds with even smaller ones. The customer service has continued to decline. They wouldn't even clean the ring I had purchased from them in 2009. Customer service was much better then.

Justice Jewelers always take such wonderful care of my Anniversary ring! They are so friendly & courteous every time I come in. My ring has had to have some work before & they have always made the needed repairs as quickly as possible. I love that they clean it every 6 months & keep it looking as beautiful as it did when my husband purchased it for me!

I recently had to take my ring in for repair and Justice Jewelers are always so helpful! They kept my ring for a couple of weeks & when they contacted me to pick it up it looked as good as new! I am so thankful that they care as much about my ring as I do!

I helped guide my friend's fiance to pick a style of engagement ring she wanted and he purchased a stunning Pandora ring. A while after he proposed the stone was a bit loose and she took it in. Amelia told her that her ring would always have a problem because it was a "fashion" ring and not to be worn everyday. After 2 more adjustments, frustration, and a replacement, he ended up feeling SO BAD about his purchase for her that he had a much more expensive, custom ring created for her at another jeweler and it still arrived before hers! I understand with COVID there are delays, but the poor customer service for such a sentimental purchase will keep all of us from ever going back.

Horrible service. We have the bridal guarantee. You have to get the ring inspected every 6 months to keep coverage. I've had the ring for 10 years and normally make it on time. When I make it on time for inspection they say everything looks good. When I am a month or 2 overdue that is always when they decide I need maintenance on my ring (new tips specifically) and I have to pay for it before they'll put it back under warranty.

Today they quoted me $477 for new tips and one small stone missing ($30 for stone, the rest for tips). Absolutely ridiculous. I won't be back. I'll get my maintenance elsewhere and we certainly won't ever buy here again. This isn't our first issue here but it will be our last.

I have never had a reason to step foot inside of a jewelry store until now! When I walked in, I was instantly greeted with friendly smiles and an adorable dog named Pippin, who was dressed with a cute Justice Jewelers handkerchief. I visited the store to get an appraisal on my diamond earrings and to get sized/look at engagement ring styles. The staff made me feel very loved and cared for in the time I spent there.

My appraisal came back and was thoroughly explained to me - and with vocabulary I could understand. (Who knew there were so many terms to know!) I found two beautiful ring styles from Gabriel & Co. (pic below) that the owner, Amelia, picked out for me according to my opinions of other styles I had tried on. She has a sharp eye and really gets to know her customers! I highly recommend Justice Jewelers and I will be coming back for all my jewelry needs!

Had a very poor experience. Well I had a great experience until I learned we had been lied to on more than one occasion and the manager there did not seem to care. I mean there is no possible way a "seasoned sales representative" could ever make a mistake, right? Went in with a card with my sisters ring size to help my future brother in law purchase her ring.

She had been sized for a 6, he was under the impression that is what he was purchasing. Disclaimer: not a size 6 as she said. Also, not a free ring sizing as promised. Went in to get it sized and the two girls look at each other and say "why does Terry keep saying it's free when it's not." Maybe a better question is why isn't the sizing fee coming out of Terry's pocket when the employees know she keeps telling people it's free.

Every time I tell someone of our experience we are told that the seasoned sales representative was intentionally taking advantage of a young couples that might not know sizing is usually free when you purchase a ring. People say when you shop local they make you feel like family, we definitely didn't feel like family.

I've purchased numerous items from Justice Jewelers over the past two years and decided to bring in a family heirloom to be restored to its former glory, and be brought into the 21st century with two princess cut diamonds added to the side of the ring. I have to say that I am highly impressed with Jen and the entire Justice Jewelers team who took the time to help hand select two smaller princess cut diamonds, and then set them into the ring to compliment the center stone in this 70+ year old men's ring. Apparently Justice Jewlers cares nothing for indoor air quality. The perfume air fresheners are cranked up so high you can smell the stink outside. Hard to see anything you might be shopping for when your eyes are watering.

My ring is falling apart and nothing is honestly being done about it. I did the inspections - they claim to have no record of any inspections being done once they finally found the warranty they initially told me didn't exist. Later in the night I found 2 of the cards for the inspections and had originally been told it's being tracked on the computer.

They had the audacity to MAYBE offer a discounted repair after my husband and I took more time to go over there and show them the ring AGAIN and were surprised that I didn't think that was a good offer and I would rather pay someone else to fix it! No way would I waste money on these people. It's a totally different place than it was 5 years ago.

They told me that rings only last as well as they're taken care of. Well, sorry that you sold my husband a ring that THREE OTHER JEWELERS told me that the ring itself was the problem, not how I take care of it. not to mention the fact that I have another ring that is over a hundred years old that I also wear all the time and it hasn't lost any diamonds.

It was a nice touch telling me you also have a selection of antique wedding sets while trying to smooth over this deal. They'll try to suck money out of you no matter what, I guess!

We have shopped at Justice Jewelers since Woody opened. Unfortunately, I have noticed a decline in the quality of customer service since his death. Today put the icing on the cake. A month ago I took my watch in to have a new battery installed. I donated $10 to Camp Barnabas, which the salesperson did not even request. My watch stopped working yesterday.

When I took it in there today, the salesman told me that the battery was dead and they replaced it. He said that the battery that was in the watch was not one of their brands of batteries and that they marked and dated the battery that they put in it today. Thank you salesman for insinuating that I lied! Don't worry about the time you wasted to mark and date that battery. You won't see me in your store again! Sure miss Woody!

Terrible. I took my engagement ring in to be repaired because a prong was loose. As it was being repaired, the sales associate told me my center stone would no longer be covered under the bridal guarantee because they have a "new system". I asked to speak with a manager because my Fiance was told the center stone would be covered under the bridal guarantee on the day he bought the ring.

The manager changed the story and said it was NEVER covered under the bridal guarantee. All she could do was apologize because HER ASSOCIATE "misinformed" my Fiance. When I took my ring in for the six month checkup (because of the bridal guarantee) nothing was said to me then about it not being covered, either.

After this review was posted, the associate proceeded to tell my husband that I had sent a nasty email! First of all, that is so unprofessional that I am unable to even find words for it. Second, I wrote a review, I did NOT send an email. Just when I thought I couldn't get any more fed up with Justice Jewelers. I wish that my ring would've been purchased from ANYWHERE else but there.

Justice Jewelers is the greatest! 6 and 1/2 years ago I walked into Justice Jewelers after being rudely run out of another Rolex dealer not far away from them. I was treated with kindness and fairness, Woody was a great man (whom will be dearly missed). I spent over $20000 on Rolex watches that day and told them I would never deal with anyone else.

In total I have spent over $150,000 there since and they are still the greatest even with changes in staff, etc. I am on the other side of the country and trust them over anyone else. Why go anywhere else.

A managing partner called me to apologize and asked me not to hold this one bad visit against the store. I thanked him for the call, but still feel that if you leave some place feeling hurt.why go back. It should never have happened!
