My wife and I were browsing for her wedding rings and Angel was very helpful with finding the perfect set. He was very polite and pleasant to speak with. We felt comfortable with our purchase and didn't feel pressured even when we told him that we would go check out other competitors first.

I went and bought an engagement ring. They told me it was 14k I come to find out it's only 10k and when I go and ask them at the store they told me that I never asked. They didn't want to exchange it! They are only Interested in making there $100 commission and not having a long time customer. Do not go here if you want to be scammed. Also I asked them to test their lab diamonds and they didn't even test! Do not do business with this location

Went into this location today just to check out what they were about because I've seen their name so much. They were really nice, the young lady at the counter spoke to us as soon as we walked in and even got up to show us the catalog of Rolex's they had. Really appreciate going into a business where the people understand how to treat customers. 5 Stars!

I am a senior with military affiliation. I have had my Kevin's account for over four years. I make large purchases every year. This year they really took advantage of this senior. Charged me over 2500 dollars for an e change that started at 1000.dollars. The sales representative made all sales final and no exchanged. He sold me a chane that was marked up to 1600, which there was a sale he gave no discounts.

To make it worse I was sold a 300 dollar cross with no diamonds and given a 5 year warranty. It wS a plain cross. The sales manager at the Ontario Mills store will take advantage of you. I felt as if I was dealing with used car salesman. I am a elderly senior veteran. I belt the salesman rip-off would not want anyone to treat his mother this way!

Angel was very helpful and made my experience a good one. Great social skills and very personable and I would highly recommend him to anyone

We shopped around and found the best associate at Kevin jewelers to get our wedding set. There's a long backstory but all I can say is that is the only place I've ever felt comfortable to spend so much money and walk away not regretting it.

I enjoyed the friendliness of the saleswoman and her down to earth attitude. Kevin jewelers was the last jewelry store I had visited and they were the ones willing to negotiate the most. There was no nonsense, they got down to the lowest OTD price and made the process of purchasing an engagement and wedding ring set painless. They have a great selection for all price ranges, I would definitely go back but I don't think I'll be getting married again lol

Angel was our salesperson and he made our experience painless and he was very knowledgeable when we had questions. We left with 2 beautiful new wedding rings and with a monthly payment that isn't going to kill our budget.

Unfortunately, I haven't had the opportunity to visit Kevin Jewelers. I wasn't the individual that shopped there. I'm sure Kevin Jewelers is a great place to shop, I know they've been around for years and I do remember hearing their ad's on television and radio. That's about all I can say about them. The woman who helped me pick out a promise ring was so great! (i think they called her mama) It was originally 900 but with their store wide sale it was only 500 (including tax and warranty) she kept it on hold for me while i looked around and then when i came back was super patient! (but the lady who charged my card was rude. kept giving me dirty looks as i walked through the store and it made me feel like i shouldn't have been in there, only reason why it's not getting 5 stars)

Stopped by just to look around at some pearl jewelry and a beautiful watch that I have been wanting caught my eye. Shoghig was very helpful and informative about items in the store. Great customer service topped by great competitive price set the deal. Will be back for sure!

Yolanda is extremely rude and only cares about money. She doesn't want you to look at your options and blatantly rolls her eyes at you. Very unprofessional and a lot of disrespect!

Yolanda is extremely terrible with such a sassy attitude. I went in for a bracelet and asked to see a specific one. I then ask if I can have it engraved and she responds to me with an attitude asking "Does it looks like it can be engraved here? No." I then asked if I can see more bracelets and she says "Why don't you buy this one?" She wanted me to buy a specific one but I want my options open.

I then asked if I can take a picture of it for reference to compare with others. She then yanked the bracelet out of my hand and said "No. It's store policy." She is RUDE. She even rolled her eyes. How can she work in a customer service area with a nasty attitude? She clearly wanted me to buy the bracelet she was showing me and had no regard for customer service. I can't with this lady.

My husband and I purchased a necklace for our daughter's 21st birthday. Due to COVID we had limited options. We purchased a necklace and asked about their return policy in case she didn't like it. I was told she could only exchange it. I wasn't happy about this policy but again we had few options. A few days later my daughter went to exchange it and was met with much resistance and added rules on what she could exchange it for.

The exchange didn't list all the restrictions given to her. The lady was annoyed that she helped her and was not going to earn commission. Note: their prices are inflated, sales people will negotiate different prices. Do your research and ensure you are OK with their less than desirable exchange policy.

Absolutely recommend this place! Prices are very reasonable (to compare with the most other shops). Also, the variety of rings is very big.

This company is the biggest FRAUD ever they lie to their customers and when you give them a bad review they respond like they are gonna take care of the problem but they don't do anything about it last time I will buy from them again I recommend Down Town Jewelers District Nova Gold Imports will sell you better quality jewelry for less than half the price.they are charging you for the location they are renting, not for what the actual jewelry is worth

After a bad experience at a different Kevin jewelers I'm happy I found this one. Everyone was so nice and actually tried to work with you instead of feeding you ideas. Grace the assistant manger is the sweetest, she was patient with me looking at several different rings. I told her what I was looking for and she directed me to the perfect ring exactly what I was imagined. My ring is the perfect size, style and the diamonds are so sparkly I'm in love. Great selection of jewelry and great customer service!

I am just so so very happy with my entire experience here. If you want to read a horror story go read my two reviews on Zales Burbank. It'll give you context. Regardless of that though, I walked in and was quickly helped. All I need was my yellow gold wedding ring set re-plated and was given a price quote and a quick 1hr turn around. It was done within 45 minutes. Quick, easy, painless. Will come back here. My husband looked at my ring and said, 'it looks brand new.' So there you go!

I am usually cautious with jewelry stores. Came here today with my wife. You must work with Shoghig! She is so wonderful and professional. Atrocious service. I walked in to check out some rings and it was clear the sales person did not want to help me. I was asking about various styles and she waived me in the general direction. When I made it clear I wanted to try on certain styles, she got annoyed at me. I went to take a picture of the ring on my hand (my boyfriend is asking for reference pics) and she told me I wasn't allowed to take pics. Huh OK. I just decided to leave, the selection was not what I was looking for.

Well me and my fiance went into this shop to look for a wedding ring but after walking around looking at several items we noticed their attention may have been focused on other places. Ignored us the whole time we was in there. We even got right next to 3 of them by the register and stood looking and smiling for a good 5 minutes. Yes maybe I should have jumped up and down an said something, but I thought I could keep looking because I was unsure what I liked most, (eventually they would come).

No such luck, when I looked up at the I really just got bad vibes and that really is not very appealing to be in a great mood and then to walk in a store to be ignored then leave feeling bad. We wanted some prices but ended up leaving and still had no one even acknowledge us. Sad experience, the prices are probably so high if they sell one item, they don't need to care to much for the rest of the month. Rent and Salaries are paid!

Kevin Jewelers is a nice store located in Glendale Galleria. The staffs are so nice when you purchase the products. Yet, when you need a help, they may not be there for you. At least they didn't even give me the response to my first email when I actually got the problem with my jewelry. After I fixed the problem out of pocket, the district manager contacted me later on. He tried to help me out but it was just too late. There was nothing he could really do for me at that point.

Hubby and I had a recent visit here and the staff were absolutely wonderful. I'm not sure why the reviews are so poor, because the jewelry is beautiful, the prices were fair and they have good financing rates right now. Zvart (I can't spell her name exactly) helped us out, she was very helpful and walked us through the process of caring for my new ring. Assured us it comes with every 3 month cleanings and repair of missing diamond (if God forbid that should happen)). Walked out a very happy girl and will be coming back!
