This is a great place with excellent people working there. I have used them many times over the years for watch service and I have purchased several watches from them. I highly recommend them.

I was in and out under 15 minutes. Met a future fire fighter, a husband of 38 years surprising his honey, and a clay county 's sheriff officer. All was taken care of and out the door in a friendly respectful manner. Will continue to use Kingsley Jewler, as I have for thr past 15 years.

Bought a beautiful gift for my daughter here. Their customer service is excellent. They even gift boxed and wrapped my gift. What a tremendous selection at any price point! I will be back again. Why not give jewelry?

Very disappointed, Very upset, lesson learned "NEVER USE THIS PLACE" The wife and I went to have her two rings resized "Biggest Mistake Ever". The rings were both sized to big. The band looks like a preschooler had done the work, not a 25 year experienced jeweler. There was a detail brade in the ring that is no longer there. The metal used is not close to being even(one side larger then the other).

There is no communication saying it would cost more for any extra work in details. Very poor craftsmanship and definitely recommend somewhere else if you care how your ring looks. My wife goes to pick up her rings and gets the run around and then gets told she can't pick them up because her name wasn't on the ticket. We were both there when we dropped it off and the owner Mike didn't right down both names just mine. Communication is very poor not only between customers but between employees. You can see in the picture the very poor quality of his craftsmanship.

They are currently making a one of a kind ring I found a photo of online with some little tweaks here and there. Better price and customer service then every other store for 100 miles. Mike is an awesome guy and also loves Rottweilers too

Beautiful results from Kingsley jeweler's. They took my great great grandmothers ring polished it, put a new stone in it, and resized it all on a tight time line. We are extremely happy with the outcome. Thanks

We had a pair of earrings made for my daughter's 21st birthday. They were diamonds from her great grandmother's ring. I also had a family diamond put into my wedding band. They were so professional and kind. They did a perfect job and exactly what we wanted! Would 100% recommend them to anyone!

I've lived in Orange Park 27 years plus. I've had no reason to bring anything in. I guess I am either lazy or cheap. We had a ring adjusted, and quick and beautiful results. We returned and again excellent results. I brought my Seiko watch in and I picked it up today. I bought it March 18 1973. Thank You Mike and Robin.

Needed to replace some watch batteries and the spot I used to use had closed. I've been by this store many many times but never stopped in. What a surprise to learn it's been here 30 years! Shame on me for not coming in before. Staff was very pleasant and gave me pricing range up front. They let me leave the watches there and called me when they were completed, which was very quickly, even though I had not made an appointment and they seemed busy with Christmas shoppers and other guests.

When I returned I took in a ring I thought had a loose stone. Not only did they take a look at it they cleaned it for me as well. All at no charge. I feel very comfortable knowing I'll be coming back for some custom work I want done. They are closed from 12/31 - 1-11 for vacation.

I dropped off my ring to be repaired and it was ready to be picked up about 10 days later. It looks great! They did a wonderful job and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

This is an awesome local place. I went by and got my jewelry repaired a few months ago. I broke it the same day. Today I came by to see if I can find a replacement chain. I was not able to find one, but he did repair my chain for free

We moved to Orange Park 25 years ago and have used Kingsley Jewelry that entire time. Most often we needed ring sizing or a watch battery, but most recently I had something a bit more involved. I have a ring with a heart shaped pearl, in a very unusual setting that overlaps my wide gold wedding band. The pearl after 34 years had fallen out. Fortunately it was found and I brought it in to have it repaired.

A few weeks after the repair, the pearl fell out a second time, found again, but before I could bring it back in, Covid 19 hit. When I finally did bring it back in, some 6 months later, the jeweler reinstalled the pearl and obviously knowing that a heart shaped pearl would be impossible to replace, added a simple gold wire loop on the side of the pearl, insuring that now I can wear the ring with confidence and that there is no chance it will ever fall out again.

I did not ask him to do this and he did not charge me. It was such an inventive way to protect the pearl and was a pleasant surprise. That is the kind of old fashioned service that you just don't find very often.

I don't have a lot of experience with jewelers or jewelry at all, but while searching for someone to help me incorporate my moms diamond from her engagement ring into mine, we ended up here. This was our third stop of the day and I was beginning to get discouraged as the other places we stopped, one being a Kay Jewelers, were unfriendly and just plain uncomfortable.

I am so glad we did not give up, though. We were helped immediately and given great information (that was actually accurate). I immediately felt comfortable with the owner. The selection they have is great! I was given time to make decisions and not pressured at all. My ring is beautiful and We cannot wait to go pick out our wedding bands here soon! Please do yourself a favor and skip the chain jewelry stores and give this place a chance. You will not regret it.

All I have to say is that the guy that seems to be in charge at Kingsley Jewelry has got to be the rudest individual I've come across in awhile. My wife and I went there for jewelry repair. We were dealing with a nice lady as we heard him telling a customer, "I gotta make some money here" and "if I give it to you for that price, I should've just started home." The lady we were dealing with had to answer the phone.

She was on the line for maybe a minute when yelled at her to hang up and deal with the current customers. He was still talking about how he had to make money. We took our jewelry and left. This is actually the 2nd time I've witnessed his behavior. Needless to say, I'll never step foot in there again and I'll be telling folks I know not to use them either.

Friendly people, service was awesome, we were in and out within 15 minutes, of course 3 watches need batteries and one new watch need some bracelet adjustment, simple work but we're impressed

Outstanding customer service. Today I went in for a new watch battery and they replaced it for no charge. I offered to pay her for her time and she declined saying that it was "under store warranty". She even replaced a pin on my watchband at no charge. I sure hope that they stay in business because I never want to go anywhere else! Only place to go for watch batteries!

I absolutely LOVE the staff here. Went to have my engagement ring sized up because the original jeweler didn't size it correctly. I went in for a consult and told Robin that I absolutely didn't want to go a day without my beautiful ring. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND by taking down my number and calling me with a date and time that I could actually go in and have the ring done while I waited.

When I got there, Mike allowed me to go sit in the back with Reuben and actually watch while he sized it. The process was SO COOL! I can't imagine any other jewelry store, ESPECIALLY big chains, doing any of those things! The customer service is absolutely awesome and the jewelry on-site is GORGEOUS! Definitely will be buying my future hubby's wedding band from here as well as any other future jewelry purchases! They have a customer for life! I LOVE KINGSLEY JEWELERS!

Dropped off my rolex for repairs. left it for a week, was promised it would get timed by Tuesday and they would call me. no call, no work, they never did anything. I also had a rose gold chain that i needed 2 inches added. Again a week with them, no work at all performed. no phone call as promised, a complete waste of time.all

Took an expensive watch for repair because it was losing 2 minutes a day. After leaving the watch with them for 5 weeks I was able to pick it up. The next day, it was not working correctly. Took it back and they kept it 10 days and said it was running fine. Not so. It still looses time and they charged me $375.00 for repairs. After posting this review, I was contacted by the business and given a total refund. For that, I give thanks.

Great little local jewelry store Michael the owner offers repairs, custom jewelry, consignment and appraisals and his work is just beautiful Great prices well below retail. Or just coming to chat with him he's fun and entertaining

Everyone is always so nice and helpful and they really take great personal pride in not only their craftsmanship but their personal service. We have always gone there for our jewelry but last week I took in a ring to be repaired last week that was really special to me. Its an angel ring my husband bought me after my son was killed years ago and I NEVER take it off.

When dropping it off they said they would get it back to me in a day or two, as soon as possible. I was shocked to get a call 2 hours later. They knew how important it is to me and went the extra mile. Ty, ty, ty! And it looked amazing.

I was really surprised to read the review about the owner being cocky. I have been in Kingsley Jewelry a number of times and the owner and younger guy are always extremely helpful and nice. Maybe the reviewer was having a bad day. It happens. Anyway, they have done everything from change a watch battery to tighten my watch clasp to giving me an estimate on a custom ring. Every time I go in, they clean my ring for no charge. I have experienced nothing but good service. Absolutely no complaints!

I came here to get a diamond replaced on hubby's wedding band. They were pretty busy when I entered just an hour or so after they opened, but handled the customers with decorum, patience and no sense of "why are these people all here!?" attitude. I looked at their merchandise before leaving and was helped by Mike. Honestly, I'm probably the antithesis of what most people think women should be about jewelry.

I don't care if its real or fake, as long as I think it's pretty, I like it. I don't know anything about clarity etc. (That's all I know lol) Mike showed me a few rings that could match my hubby's band (They actually had an exact copy of his band at a far lower price than I paid. Hurts, but useful to know!) They deal wholesale.

I didn't realize what experienced, devout jewelers could do with an existing piece. There was a ring that I loved except for this huge gem sticking way up. He explained that they could bevel? set it to make it lower and more in tune with my taste. (I like tasteful and elegant versus loud and flashy.) I decided to go ahead and get it with all the changes he talked about. Also, I only had one more errand to run and really just expected to pick up hubby's ring the next day, but they called before I was even done with the errand and said that it was ready.

Reasonable price for repairs too! Gotta tell ya, I fell in love with this place. The only stickler is that the parking sucks. It's right off the main road and to get out you have to back out into the road. Didn't seem too busy, but it was pretty early in the day for traffic. I can't imagine what it may be during rush hour. Add in the fact that I'm pretty awful in reverse. Helpful hint: Coming from Blanding to Kingsley, it's just past the railroad tracks on the right. It'll sneak up on ya if you don't look out for it.
