Kingsley north and Glacier bros are the 2 best lapidary places in the upper peninsula!

They've got a nice selection of rough rock. That's what I was there for. They've got good prices for their rock. There were a couple of used lapidary machines with good prices, too, but still a bit out of my price range! There's a lot more I could have picked up while I was there, too. it's definitely worth the stop.

Wonderful company to deal with for lapidary supplies. They have a great website, ship promptly and extremely well-packaged, and have great products at great prices. When a company sends you their catalog along with your order (which means they have a physical catalog they spent the time to make) you know they're good.

Needs so burs and polishers ASAP. I ordered at 11am one day and had by 11am the next day! I paid extra for next day but it was quite reasonable. Perfect service! Thank you to all that made it happen!

Great products at a great price! Customer service is next level! They have helped me with several issues and are always fast and friendly getting back to you. I've also been contacted by them when part of my order was finished before the rest and they offered to ship it in 2 separate shipments at no extra charge. I can't recommend this company enough!

I received my order in only three days and everything was perfectly packaged and labeled. The direction sheet for tumbling that came with the grit was a nice touch. The rocks in the rough tumbling lot were surprisingly nice and had great variety. Will absolutely order again!

Unfortunately USPS lost the 25# box of micro alumini polish. After waiting about 2 weeks I called kingsley North, let me tell you this company was on it right now! They resent the order that was fully insured, I received the package within 2 days. Don't let their competitors fool you on prices and service. From now on my money is going to kingsley North!

After dealing with a different lapidary company (Graves) and still having issues with them. I found Kingsley's! Fair prices, fast shipping all around an outstanding company to do business with. You won't be disappointed using them! For example I placed my last order on Sunday. Thinking I would get my new lap till nest week since thanksgiving was on Thursday. I just got home today (Friday) to my new lap at my door!

Worth the trip if you are into making jewelry or cutting stones! I had ordered a diamond rock saw from them a year or so ago. When I saw they were in Norway, MI, I knew I wanted to visit them during my next trip to the UP. They have most everything in their catalog in stock (except larger items) but the best part was the rock room. My geology-major son and I must have spent an hour looking through and picking out rocks for specimens and for cutting, including some Michigan-only rocks like Lake Superior Agates. The rock prices were good. The Kingsley North people were friendly too.

Always a great place to find lapidary equipment! The prices are fair, most of the time they are the lowest price of all the companies dealing in rock hobby equipment. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, making sure I get just what I'm looking for. Keep up the good work!

The best place I have gone to friendly and very helpful staff. Very excellent selection of rocks to pick from. And the more lbs of rocks you buy the better the price. And they have a huge selection of tools and supplies for all your needs.
