I found Klass after being pressured by the big box jewelry stores. Klass took all the pressure and stress out of the buying process. I was able to be part of the whole process from start to finished of a custom engagement ring. They care about their customers and see to it that you get exactly what you want. Klass will always be the first place I go to in the future.

While the display cases are small, they filled with quality choices. They are also reliable for watch repair. Very friendly staff. My go to choice in Northern Kentucky.

I have been a Klass Customer for years, but most recently, my husband and I shopped here for engagement and wedding rings. The customer service is as high quality as a 24 carot gold! The rings we had were custom made, too, and the jewelers gave us exactly what we wanted. They get all my business and recommendation!

My elderly father's watch battery died. Simple problem right? I stopped here and they said no problem. I left and ran an errand. Came back to pick up the watch thinking it was a 5 or 10 dollar fix. Talked briefly with the wonderful young lady working there. She asked what they did to the watch I told her it was dads and while I would rather get him a new one he wouldn't hear if that.

We laughed and exchanged stories about our fathers. I asked what I owed. She said it's on her and to tell dad to have a great day. It's the little things in my book. My future jewelry purchase will be right here. First KLASS all the way!

I couldn't be happier with the ring I purchased from Klass Jewelers. Unbelievable service, professional and I got exactly what I was looking for. They didn't have the ring on their showcase but they allowed me to choose from a catalog. It can I'm the next day and I bought it. I would've hundreds more at other jewelers. Took a long strand of heirloom pearls to the folks at Klass. They were patient and helpful to help me decide how I could recreate something relevant and beautiful that I could wear and enjoy. They created a beautiful matching set for me and I can still feel connected to my dear aunt who wore them for years. The folks at Klass also crated my wedding band to go with the engagement ring that my husband gave to me. They are good people and professionals in their craft!

I recently took 5 pieces to Klass Jewelers; a ring for prong tightening, a ring for prong and diamond replacement, two rings for resizing and a bracelet for clasp repair. I had procrastinated but still hoped to get the work done before Christmas. To my jubilation, all work was done within a few days and each piece returned to it's original, exquisite status.

Of course, all pieces were thoroughly cleaned and polished too. Not only does Klass due repairs on site, but also have a nice selection for sale. I highly recommend Klass Jewelers. My wife and I were introduced to the owners by chance at a social event, and are so glad we learned about their extensive experience and lovely store.
