Great jewelry store! Nice selection! She always has lovely items. You can get items sized, repaired, cleaned. we took a ring in to be taken apart and turned into 2 different rings, her designer, crafter did a fantastic job, exactly what we were looking for! Thank you!

Would love to not have to give this place a star at all. My fiance went to get her ring resized and when she got the ring back we noticed a diamond had fallen out of the ring. It very well could have fallen out after she left the store but the women at the store even said that once it is resized things loosen up. Now diamonds don't just fall out of a brand new ring.

This means they did not ensure things were secured before the ring was given back to the customer. After calling, they said they had it, we went back and it wasn't our stone which means another person's stone is just laying around too. Gave terrible customer service and suggested we return the ring since they didn't seem to like the prongs and would not do anything to fix their mistake. Terrible company by far.

I recently lost my diamond from my wedding setting at work at McDonald's. I brought the ring to her and it was fixed in a fast manner. The quality of work is outstanding there. I can't express enough how amazing KLEINS JEWELRY. IN FESTUS is. And they knew exactly would look beautiful in the ring without saying a word to them of what I wanted. I have purchased a few gold items from Klein's and have always been happy. It's the only place I take my repairs to. She also buys gold and gives me a fair price. Very honest!

I took my wife's very valuable and "priceless " wedding 3 ring set to Klein's for repairs and cleaning. She had stopped wearing the set because the jewel settings were loose and one was busted off. Also her ring size had changed. I had no idea what this would cost etc. The quality and consideration taken to bring this ring set back to life turned out beautiful and well done. This is a surprise Christmas present for my wife. Her sister tells me that she'll love it. I would not hesitate to use or recommend Klein's to friends and family.

I will post my reasons for a 1 tomorrow. If and when they return my call. If i could give a 0 i would. Unacceptable business. Refused to return my call. They ruined a ring they claimed to be able to fix. Took to another jeweler who was shocked at the condition of the ring. They were able to repair the damage. This company needs to close if this is how they run a business. Your work is beyond pathetic. If you love your jewelry do not take to this company.

Known Arman Klein for many years, a+ knowledge of jewelry, stones and repair, I've personality witnessed it for 13 years. She goes out of her way to make every costumer happy an if she doesn't have it in store I can almost guarantee that she will find exactly what you are looking for, my family goes to her for all of our jewelry needs.
