I had a fantastic experience purchasing an engagement ring from Koser Jewelers. I called with a few questions prior to going into their store and Randy was very helpful. He answered all of my questions and special ordered several diamonds to ensure they would have exactly what I was looking for when I came into the store. When I visited the store, Randy and LaRue were welcoming and very attentive. Randy showed me several settings and diamonds that fit what I was looking for and gave me exactly the information and guidance that I needed to make a decision.

After I purchased the ring, Randy went above and beyond to set and size it in a few hours so it would be ready for me before I left town. I would highly recommend Koser Jewelers for their great customer service, high quality jewelry, and competitive pricing. I visited several jewelry stores in the Main Line and in Philadelphia before going to Koser Jewelers and Koser's offered by far the best experience.

Today was our second time visiting Kosers and Ryan was fabulous both times! There is something to say about a good salesman in the current times! It literally makes for an unforgettable experience! We have been going to Koser jewelers and have been so happy with the way we are treated and by the way they stand behind their work. When entering their building we have been welcomed and helped without waiting. We started out by needing repairs to our jewelry. Sometimes repairs needed to be sent to ones who specialize in that certain area. Some repairs could be completed by their goldsmiths on site.

Always have we been happy with the final products. They have stood behind what they sell. I bought an adjustable box chain necklace which I loved. My granddaughter pulled on it and it didn't work as it should. They were glad to completely replace the necklace. I had inherited several sentimental pieces. Some were in need of repair. They completed the repairs to my satisfaction and were quite complimentary of the jewelry.

At one time my grandmother's engagement ring needed to have her diamond replaced. Randy had an estate stone he recently acquired and it suited the setting perfectly. He gave me a surprisingly low price. I was very pleased with their work and the cost. My sister now wears our grandmother's wedding set. So beautiful. On a personal note their son Andrew recognized me from his childhood.

He had been friends with our son. Andrew not only helped with my jewelry needs he wrote to our son who does not live in the area anymore. I would recommend shopping at koser jewlers. They are reasonable and trustworthy, honest and kind.

Josh helped my (now) husband pick out an engagement ring and Ryan helped us with a wedding band. Both were amazing help! When looking for the wedding bands, Ryan provided a service of more then just a seller-costumer type of relationship. Ryan made sure to show every single ring that could answer my wishes, and after choosing one, he made sure that I feel the ring I chose was indeed the "one" for me. Ryan made the entire process so calm, natural, and fun, which is very important for us.

What can I say except exceptional service. Ryan and the staff especially the owner and Josh are above and beyond super attentative.you walk in and they know your name and make you feel at home.you don't get that anymore. 30+ years ago my husband bought one of the first engagement rings sold at Koser. I loved my rings, but the set was looking a bit dated with my marquis center stone. We wanted to update it with a re-set, but it was very important to me to use all the stones from my original rings. Ryan at Koser helped me design a custom set that celebrated the stones I already had, while adding a new halo setting around my marquis diamond & turning it to an East West setting. The resulting engagement & wedding rings are absolutely gorgeous & updated while still immensely sentimental. We couldn't be happier with the quality, service & sparkle!

Koser Jewelers has become my favorite jewelry store in our area. I have multiple pieces from them and have not only been happy with the jewelry but their customer service as well. Most recently, I reached out to Ryan to help with a project. my grandmother lost one of her favorite earrings- a seahorse that she had for over 30 years. She tried to replace the earring in Florida but the original store was long gone.

I reached out to Ryan to see if he could help and he didn't hesitate. Ryan and Ben (the goldsmith tasked with recreating the piece) are my new heroes. we got the earrings back today and the replacement is a perfect match! If I hadn't looked at the original receipt, I wouldn't have known which earring was the replacement. I can't wait to see my grandmother's reaction! I have a couple of other projects in mind and have no plans of going to anyone else besides Koser Jewelers. Thank you Ryan and Ben!

Always a pleasure to visit Koser. I learned of them from a referral in downtown York PA. Couldn't be happier. Mt Joy is a short drive from York and has other attractions in the area that make the trip worthwhile, craft beer perhaps.go to Mad Chef in East Pete. Josh has been my go-to at Koser, a tennis bracelet and circle pendant for Lori, both from the Hearts of Fire collection.

Today Josh said the only bad thing about Hearts of Fire is that once you experience the brilliance, nothing else will suffice, he's right. Although Josh was there and engaging, Larue helped me today though with a review of an old diamond pendant passed down through the family, from my dad's uncle to my dad to my mom, a 25th wedding anniversary celebration, long ago.mom and dad were married 56 years before he passed.

The round brilliant diamond tuned out to be.80 carats but unfortunately poor quality with lots of eye-visible carbon. I was impressed that Larue took the time to review the stone on the spot, no waiting. She steam cleaned it so we could get a good look and had the back room determine the carat weight. We used the 10x loupe first to get a close look and then she educated me on the eye-visible defects. Bummer, but at least I know where we stand. I'll figure out something to do with it as mom gladly passed the stone/gold necklace to me. Perhaps it will show up in something new and shiny for my Lori. Anyway, whatever your jewelry needs, give Koser your first look, you won't be disappointed.

Our daughter got her ears pierced there and we could NOT be happier! They were GREAT with her-so kind and made it a quick and fun experience. They also have taken SUCH good care of us with any questions or issues we had afterwards. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They're wonderful!

My fiance and I are new to the area and were looking for a nice jewelry store, and we found it at Koser! Every experience we have had at Koser has been incredible! Great customer service from the moment I walked in. I was dressed in yard clothes and they quickly asked could they be of help. Left with a beautiful new bracelet. I will shop there again.

I would give this place ten stars that's how amazing our experience was yesterday. I am from Philadelphia so thought we would be going there for an engagement ring now living in central pa. We took a trip to Lancaster area for believe it or not Turkey poults and I saw two jewelers on yelp figuring why not stop and check out. I broke my ankle and we just bought a house so were not prepared nor felt presentable and felt intimated to go in.

The minute we walked in we were greeted as if we were known. Suzanne and Ryan were absolutely amazing and provided impeccable service. I did not imagine getting a ring to be such an amazing experience but they made it that way. They were extremely personable and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. We go back in a few weeks to pick it up and I cannot wait to see them as well as the ring lol that's how amazing they were- I feel like they are now apart of this personal experience of our lives.

I can not recommend going here enough it's an absolute must! I am the type of person to do a ton of research before investments but this place and the staff -We just completely trusted them and I have no doubts that ring will be perfect! We now have an amazing story and experience that we will never forget so thank you for making this way more exciting than I expected.

I've had nothing short of an amazing experience with Koser Jewelers. Suzanne was an absolute gem to work with. I called asking about a very specific wedding band from Art Carved. The Jeweler at which we purchased my wedding rings went out of business a year after we were married. We were looking for another band as an anniversary band to compliment the set.

I hit the lottery when Suzanne answered. My ring needed to be resized. Our rings had to be engraved. And my hard to find band had to be ordered. We live 45 minutes from Koser Jewelers, but the trips were well worth it. Everything was affordable, and Suzanne broke it all down for me to understand. Pineapples are very significant in our relationship. (Yes, I know how odd that sounds.) Part of the engraving had pineapples in it.

They are the only Jeweler that would engrave a pineapple into our bands. Aside, my husbands band is made of Tungsten. Which is difficult to engrave because too much stress put on this ring will make it crack. They attempted and nailed it. Both the pineapples and the lettering on both rings were perfect. Exactly what we wanted. I will recommend Koser Jewelers to anyone who will listen. And go see Suzanne. You won't be sorry.

Excellent, friendly service. They helped make buying an engagement ring fun and easy when I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. We sat down, shared a few beers and they educated me on everything important and treated me so well. I loved the entire experience and their main concern was that everything was perfect. And I was able to hang on to some of my money too! Great prices and OUTSTANDING service!

My Sister In-Law referred me to Koser Jewelers and I'm so glad she did. I have been wanting to find a Jeweler for years since we moved here from the Philly area, and now I have. My wedding band and engagement ring needed to be resized so I went to their website where you have the ability to email them with any questions. I emailed on a Sunday evening, and got a response from Josh Monday morning.

I was impressed off the bat with the costumer service with just how quickly he had responded and how much he went in detail with me about my rings. When I went in to drop off my rings, I was greeted by Randy who was super friendly and informative. My rings were done within 1 week, which to me is also impressive. They were perfect in size, and looked like they did 9 and 10 years ago when I got them.

I needed help with my Ball Trainmaster Racer watch and the manager, Josh, was great on the phone providing assistance and later, when the watch needed a watch expert to remove a replaceable part, he fixed it on the spot when my wife brought it in and was a great person to deal with. Koser is the epitome of both technical expertise and customer service, I can't recommend it highly enough. Mark Flanagan

My most recent visit will be my last. Over the past several years my family and I have been regular customers, having purchased a variety of small and, substantial items. Apparently this doesn't qualify me for polite customer service. As I was looking through a few options with a salesperson on this particular visit, I was rudely interrupted by another customer and the salesperson was more interested in serving them, so proceeded to multitask and eventually ignore me.

Guess my potential purchase wasn't large enough for her. If you're looking for a rude and unpleasant shopping experience, visit Koser, they know how to meet that expectation. I don't think I've ever had a worse shopping experience. My recommendation to Randy, is maybe train your people to exhibit better manners and if your whale comes in, at least send someone else to attend to the little guy.

Well run operation. Not sure how we came across this place originally, back when it was further in town. I guess my wife must have seen an ad. Anyhow that was probably 15 to 20 years ago, and I don't shop anywhere else when it comes to nice jewelry for my wife. Have bought several items and have always been impressed with their customer service.

You will pay a bit for most things, but it is very nice jewelry. You get what you pay for. They also have a nice Pandora counter that is much nicer to shop at than the one in the mall. Have bought my daughters and wife many items here. My daughter got a gift certificate to the one in the mall (Park City), and their customer service was nonexistent.

At the mall you take a number and wait, then after picking out what you want you have to wait in another line to check out. Even last Christmas the wait was not long here, there was no waiting to get checked out, and they gift wrapped everything. The new store is very nice, not that the old one wasn't, but parking could be a problem at their old location, not anymore.

Awesome people, all three staff gathered to tackle the three watches i brought in for an inexpensive repair just so i wouldn't have to make a second trip! #Yayforsmallbusinesswin

Koser is down the road from my workplace, so I stopped in over my lunch break today to get a new battery put in my watch and get my rings cleaned. First things first - the store was beautiful inside and out, and they have a great selection of unstuffy, unique, and updated designs. Although the store seemed busy, I was greeted promptly by an incredibly pleasant woman named Beth who turned out to be the owner.

After about five minutes, she had replaced my battery and my rings were cleaned. I was happy to chat with the owner for a few minutes more and was on my way. Overall, I left with a warm fuzzy feeling that only true customer service experts can achieve. I look forward to visiting them again!
