I bought the engagement ring for my wife here two years ago. I remember the whole experience was super chill, and Karl was the most honest salesman I had talked with. Like many husbands-to-be, I had shopped around at a lot of different jewelers. A LOT. Karl was the most honest with me and worked with me to get the most out of my budget. He was never pushy and has since provided a lot of complimentary services that a lot of others charge for (ring re-sizing, re-polishing, watch sizing.etc.) I am sad I don't live in the area anymore, but I will keep coming back whenever I can.

I stopped in the other day with my wife who was selling some broken silver jewelry. The clerk took his time to scrutinize what we brought in, and ended up giving us what we thought to be a very fair price. The reason I am giving them 5 stars though is because of way we were treated while in the store. We had our two little girls with us, and while we were watching them like hawks to ensure they didn't touch anything, the employees were super laid back.

At one point, my older daughter was admiring some rings in a display. The clerk that wasn't looking at the silver actually pulled out the rings and let my daughters try them on. I just thought this was kind of cool until I looked at the price tag on one of the rings. They let my 2 year old try on a $325 ring?! Who does that?! Not that I buy much jewelry, but you can bet the next time I do, it will be from them.
