From the moment I wandered in I was greeted by and welcomed as if an old friend. They have some of the most beautiful estate silver and turquoise I've seen curated in a collection. I got this beautiful necklace from Steph to add to my own collection. The best part tho, was it was on sale! Check out this great shop if you're exploring historic manitou springs, it was my first time and now I have a beautiful souvenir to remember how nice my trip was!

I recently went to Lane Mitchell Jewelers to buy a Men's gold chain.saw a beatiful Rolex that I was able to get for my wife for Mother's Day. The Staff was extremely helpful and i have to say you dont feel like you paid to much after you leave like other places.actually made this Mother's Day the best for my wife. Her Jaw dropped when she saw the Rolex.

Could not more highly recommend Lane Mitchell Jewelers and their team! My fiance and I received the most attentive and courteous service from Tanya when we stopped in randomly to see what we might be able to do to reinforce my engagement ring purchased from another jeweler. Due to it being so delicate we were looking for ways to fortify it and were so impressed by all the options provided to us by Tanya and Lane.

We felt well educated on our options and chose to have some custom work done as well as purchased a beautiful band to be put with my ring. We left everything with them on a Sunday afternoon and by Tuesday morning already had received a call that all customizations were completed. I picked it up today and danced my way back to my car. I had the best experience at Lane Mitchell! My fiance and I got my engagement ring and wedding band here. They asked me questions and drew out a picture of exactly what I described. Karli did an amazing job on my wedding band and put in extra care to ensure they diamonds were secure. I would 100% recommend them!

I had a really great experience today with Lane Mitchell Jewelers! Employee Stephanie was Kind and helpful and the owner, Mr. Lane, happened to be out on the "sales floor" when I walked in (He and the other jewelers work on the jewelry right on site in their downstairs!). He quickly assessed my rings and gave stellar expert advice, suggestions, and (very fair) pricing on the spot!

I went to Lane Mitchell jewelers to sell my vintage jewelry and old wedding bands. I was so impressed with their store and especially with Mr. Mitchell who sat down with me and explained so many details about the jewelry that I had and the method that goes along with selling them. I got a very fair price and a wonderful lesson in gems and precious metals. I walked out there with a smile, their customer service and professionalism is top grade! Also, ask for Abby if you ever go in, she's a wonderful employee.

I had the most amazing experience here! As a new bride it was very important to my fiance and I that we had a ring that not only fits my personality and symbolizes our love, but a ring that will last a lifetime and can be handed down for generations to come. From the moment we were welcomed into the store, every staff member including Lane himself made sure we were taken care of. Lane makes these rings to last and they are absolutely breathtaking.

Due to the Holidays, of course things took longer than planned but Rebecca was amazing at keeping us updated through the entire process of our custom ring. Additionally, I feel they are priced fairly and they are upfront about their costs and alternative options. Lane also likes to make sure his jewelry fits into your personal lifestyle like it was always meant to be there.

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. I came in for a custom engagement ring and right from the start the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. You feel welcomed and part of the family from the get go. Lane was instantly able to tell me what they could do with my idea and had great suggestions for the best looking ring possible.

The staff and Lane helped me pick out every detail and kept me updated during the process. It turned out even more beautiful than I even imagined and fit perfectly! My Fiancee was over the moon when she saw it! The price was incredibly reasonable and they are completely transparent about everything.

Lane has been wonderful to work with. He made my wife and my wedding rings, both of which were custom back in 2008. He also made a custom pearl ring for us then, too. He has been easy to communicate with and super accommodating with organizing pieces! More recently, I have worked with L'Aura, she has been wonderful to work with and helped us with remaking the pearl ring, which was lost some years back. We've continued working with them since moving to Washington state, because they have been great!

Lane Mitchell Jewelers it's self is such a Wonderful shop and people! They managed to get my (rings) done in a great timely manger before I head out odor vacation! I will continue to use them for my jewelry repairs and purchases! I highly recommend them!

Stephanie was the best! She cleaned my old shipwreck coin & filthy necklace & made it sparkle again. We found the perfect vintage diamond ring and they made it easy to buy later and ship. Go there! L' Aura was great and the pretty brunette (lost here name) was fantastic and really educated us on vintage.

I contacted Lane for a custom wedding ring, not realizing they're located in Manitou Springs (I'm in Denver), and I received a very prompt response (s). My husband and I are huge supporters of smaller and family businesses, and I wish I could have done business with them. When a business finds time to respond to your queries, that is great customer service!

I found this jewelry shop by accident while on vacation to Colorado Springs. A few months ago, my mother lost her watch of 30 plus years. She wore it every day! I asked if the jeweler could re-create it from looking at some old photographs. Did he ever! The watch looks exactly like the original! In fact, my Mom almost likes this one better. Fantastic job! Shipment was sent out as promised! Highly recommend!

So, I go into Lane Mitchell Jewelers in Manitou Springs. I'm wearing a vintage piece necklace by "Buddy Lee." The necklace is a substantial piece and highly collectible. Unfortunately, Buddy Lee just recently passed away. So, the art world has truly lost a legend. Anyway, the owner of the shop was familiar with his work and was fiddling with it. He said, "did you know that someone soldered the mask so it doesn't open?" Long story short.left the piece there and he fixed it.

Now I can open the mask and it reveals a face carved in turquoise.just beautiful! How cool is that? Buddy Lee's pieces are always unique. What a great job they did. Love the store and their staff!

Wow! Lane made me the most amazing custom ring. We reset my diamond in the most dazzling setting I have ever seen. They were so fun to work with. They let me do as many revisions as I felt were necessary to get it perfect. Lane and Stef listened to me and guided me to figure out exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend them. I went to the downtown location at Pikes Peak and Tejon.
