I had the distinct pleasure of dealing with Steve Hammalian on a new watch purchase namely the Seiko SPB 143. The transaction was flawless with superior communication throughout the process. The piece was exactly as described and he even provided a good quality photo of the piece prior to purchase. He quoted me a fair price and I could not be more satisfied with the entire process.

I will call Steve first in regards to all future purchases. This is a family owned business and it shows. Thank you Steve and little Treasury for giving a thoughtful nod to good old fashioned customer service.

They have a beautiful shop here was numerous watch brands, some of the biggest being Grand Seiko, Omega and Nomos. The display cases are filled with great watches. And the staff are helpful and very kind in helping you try on watches to find a perfect fit. I worked with Steve in a trade deal for a GS Snowflake. The value he gave me for my old watch was very fair and he make the process extremely easy for buying the new watch.

I would definitely recommend talking to Steve! All the other staff were very helpful and kind as well when it came to resizing my bracelet and other inquiries. I definitely would recommend this place. Their great staff creates a great experience for buyers.

Believe me, this is not little treasury as its name implies. it should be name Big Treasury. Not only it carries fine jewelries for ladies but ADs for hi-end watches with big names as well. The owners and staff are there to take good care of customers. Kudos to Steve and Linda. More power and success!

They are so very helpful and totally professional. A very high end business. Had 3 watch batteries replaced. The price was very reasonable and with a one year guarantee on each separate watch battery as well! Will definitely be my go to jeweler for any and all of my jewelry needs.

Little Treasury Jewelers did such an amazing job assisting me and handling the limited edition item that I wanted. At first, I was notified that the watch I wanted would be in inventory towards the end of April. Towards the end of April, I called back to check and was told it may not be available, hence, my deposit for the item was refunded as expected if the item wasn't available.

One week later, I was contacted by Little Treasury Jewelers that the watch was in fact available. They actually called me twice (I missed the first call) knowing that I wanted this limited edition watch. Luckily, I picked up the second time they called and we were able to make the transaction. Super glad they called me the second time as I would have not gotten the item if they didn't make that second call. Extremely thankful for their assistance and how they work with me as a customer.

Great store. Great staff. Super great experience. Easy parking. Safe. Huge stock. Very good place to buy from - local people and staff. Got a sense that these were just simply good people overall. It matters. A lot. Update- went in to buy a brand new GS- am super happy with this shop. Great GS and overall selection. Humble and personable people. Would give more than 5 stars if possible.

I've never had such a perfect experience in a store, luxury or other. Easy parking, safe, great selection, super guru sales staff, immediate selection. Good email back and forth. Informed and fair process and in the end, a super happy customer. If you like watches and horology - take a look. They carry Grand Seiko, Omega, and a host of other brands.

They carry watches that are attainable and best in class across the board. Full disclosure. I bought a watch there. Am happy. Learned a lot along the way and plan to go back there when I next want/need something - Highly recommended if you want to get yourself a top tier watch or one as a gift. Steve and Chris answered all my questions about the watch I was considering, and processed the purchase effectively. When I received the watch and needed assistance in configuring it, I received a call within a very short time by their technician, who was very knowledgeable, pleasant to talk with, and who provided additional documentation for my records, and took the time needed.

His communication was clear and he was very patient and kind. The watch works beyond expectations, since the technician, Matt, configured my watch so I could also see what the time is at Jerusalem with the touch of two buttons simultaneously. Little Treasury Jewelers has the most incredible offering of top end watch brands in the area. I've not seen a more impressive collection of Grand Seiko timepieces outside of one of their 3 primary boutiques. Beyond that, Chris is a true fellow watch enthusiast, and can provide incredible insights and help in identifying the perfect timepiece for you.

They made my watch battery replacement super quick and easy. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Only thing I wish they could've done better is set the correct time on my watch before returning it to me.

Just received my Zodiac GMT from Ethan at Little Treasury. This is special because it was my first watch purchase from the internet, and I called Ethan to confirm the order on my BDay. I bought a Grand Seiko from Little Treasury. I live in California so my dealings with Ethan Hao were by phone and email. He was great to work with, gave me a very fair price, sized the bracelet correctly, and shipped it promptly. I am not a watch collector, but if I buy another one it will be from Little Treasury.

I bought a Grand Seiko from Little Treasury, and Ethan was able to give me a great price. Typically in the past I bought gray market, but my experience with Little Treasury turned me around. As an independent, non-franchised AD where you can find the owner working the floor, Little Treasury will work with you where at all possible to help you find the timepiece you want at a competitive price. Definitely will buy my next piece from here so long as they carry it.

I went in on Saturday to see if they could do watch batteries, and they did mine and my husband's watch while I waited. The person that helped me was really professional and I was impressed with the service, most importantly they fixed my watches! Price is reasonable too. I will go back for sure.

This is one of the most disrespecting jewelry stores I've visited in a long time. Clearly the older white gentlemen with glasses saw myself and my girlfriend enter the store and stands right in front of him. Instead of acknowledging us he left from behind the desk and went to the other counter and proceeded to entertain the young (white girl).

I know where we stand so I just walked back out. Incident just happened 12/30/17. Welp on to spend my money elsewhere! In response to Mr. Steve H while I appreciate your apology and the details of the events that transpired prior our arrival I must let you know that your details are a bit off. Unless you are confusing us with another couples you definitely were serving a Caucasian couple as we arrived and instead of saying "Welcome", hello, etc. (Takes half a second) you finished up with them left behind the counter to entertain a little girl no more than 9 or 10. Since customer service seems to be so difficult at your establishment I must decline the offer to try again. Thanks

Feeling a bit emotional over these vintage rings we handed over to Little Treasury. They've been in our family for decades, handed down by our grandparents who have since passed. I wanted to share how beautifully they have been transformed into custom made CrissCross Mother & Daughter rings. I can't think of a better way of staying close to my memories, and sharing that with my own daughter THANK YOU Linda & Steve Hammalian!

NO don't go to Little Treasury Jewelers. I bought a cheap watch for $10 at a gift shop 10 years ago and needed a battery replaced in it. They said the battery would be $12, I said OK. They guy took my watch. And I said, where are you going with the watch? He said, to put the battery in. He was gone for 15 minutes. He came back with a 3 page legal document a picture of the front and back of my watch and wanted me to sign the legal document before they put the battery in.

I said, your kidding! I said that watch cost me $10 and is 10 years old. The value of the watch is about $1.00. I said I will go somewhere else and I want the picture of my watch shredded. I went to arundel mills mall and had the watch battery replaced for $12 and it took 2 minutes.

No, no, and NO! This place is outrages. I need it to resize my ring 5 to 6. First of all they asked $120 to resize my ring without insurance( if they break it it's on me). Than with insurance would have cost me $330. Seriously? Thank god for the other reviewer who mentioned Michaels jeweler. I went there and for $35 after 30 minutes my ring was on my finger.

This is a pretty good jewelry shop, with good stock in jewelry and watches. Our experience, on 3 or 4 visits has been that the staff loses interest, the minute that they figure that you're not ready to pour money out like water. My experience was with the watches, and my wife's was with wedding rings. So: high priced and a bit arrogant was the overall impression. I guess if that's your thing. Pity too, because they're losing out on many mid-level purchases

The service here is simply outstanding. Little Treasury Jewelers offers high quality jewelry at a great price. I brought my wife's engagement and wedding ring from them and my wife loved them. In fact, to my surprise it was all she was hoping that I would chose for her-thanks to the staff at Little Treasury Jewelers my proposal for marriage was a success.

A few months ago, i went in with a good friend of mine who happens to spend a LOT of money here. Most everyone was pleasant. However while I wandered the store one of the staff followed me. I actually went to look at some bracelets that were out near another employee thinking i may purchase one. This Staff member Jumped IN My face. It felt like she thought I was going to steal something. No matter where i was.she was in my face. And it wasn't in a sales kind of way. I will NEVER set foot in this store again.

This shop is a true jewelry shop. The staff has extensive knowledge of antique jewelry plus of current jewelry. They will answer questions about jewelry that you own, they do amazing job on repairs and there is no pressure to buy. My repairs have always been finished before promised. The jewel is always cleaned - it is so nice to get it back bright and shiny.!

If you are interested in a brand they do not have or looking for a special antique piece ask any they will try to accommodate you. I respect the owners and staff respect for my fine jewelry but also for my costume jewelry. They are also willing to do simple repairs such as change watch batteries or batteries in car fobs. Fair, respectful, honest, kind and knowledge is how I would describe Little Treasure Jewelers!

This place is terrible, they're contracted jewelry techs come in when they feel like it and they were going to charge me $135. To size my ring only one and a half sizes. After I dropped it off they called me only to tell me they could not do it. I brought it to Michaels jewelry repair had it done for $35 in 30 minutes with perfect results!
