First off, this review is long overdue, and I hope I do them justice with it, and I apologize for it coming so late. This family owned and operated jewelry store is just awesome, Megan and her family really took care of me when I was designing my wife's wedding ring. My wife and I have been married 16 years and when we first got married, I couldn't afford much more than a wedding band. Needless to say, I had to get her wedding ring just right and I had to do it on the first try.

I set a budget and Megan help me stay on budget, making design choices that not only helped stay on budget but also helped develop the style of ring I was going for. It turned out even more awesome than I'd imagined, and my wife loved the time and effort spent by us, taking everything into account, such as her work and especially her individual style.

She absolutely fell in love with this ring and now this is the only place to go for custom work. I will definitely be back for sure! The quality, precision, and care they take with everything is beyond amazing. Megan knows what she is doing, and her customer service was more than I could have hoped for, it's nice to know there are still businesses out there that have that personal touch.

These folks are easy to work with and will stay in contact with you throughout the entire process. Thank you to the entire family and team at Lou's, its been a pleasure and I am certain we will be back.

Omg! These guys are amazing. Had my ring rebuilt brand new and better after 20 years! It is amazing and I will never have anyone ever touch a piece of our jewlery or buy jewlery from any one else. The quality and precision they take into everything is amazing. Thank you all such much!

From going to get an engagement ring to picking out wedding bands, Lou's has been outstanding. Right before our wedding my fiancee received a family heirloom that needed a few alterations. We took it to Lou's and they had it ready that same day. Being from out of town they really worked with our time constraints. We won't be going anywhere else for our jewelry needs.

Have to brag on everyone at Lou's! This has been a couple year journey with them and I couldn't be happier with the end result! Started out with my engagement ring which I LOVED! Band was already made but my. husband chose the diamond to be placed in middle. One year later they designed a custom band to go with her and fit around my peekaboo diamond.

Two years later he made a phone call and wanted my other band and that's all it took! I love that they do all repairs in house, so no worries about getting lost in the mail. Their customer service is unmatched. They know you by name. They understand life's crazy schedules. They are always smiling. Always helpful. And just a wonderful family owned business! This family owned and operated jewelry store is top notch! I took them two of my grandmother's rings to make into several pieces for my fiance, mother, and myself. The engagement ring for my fiance, wedding bands for her and myself, and necklace for my mother were absolutely beautiful! I bought a diamond from them to put in the engagement ring and it was cheaper than most online diamond retailers.

I bought from Lou's because I was able to hold the diamond in my hand and look at it for myself before I bought it. It was worth it! These people are so easy to work with. They will stay in contact with you to keep you updated with what's going on with your jewelry.

Came in to resize a set if rings and fell in loved with this place, very surprised with the service. Usually upscale places they are very snobby when speaking to me since I really don't have a sense of style(I dress like a homeless person sometimes), but the employee here greeted me with a smile and was very helpful. Learned alot and saved me some money also, which is always a plus. It was very refreshing to meet people who love what they do and is very friendly.

Lou's is a family owned and run business that is top notch. My family has shopped here for as long as they have been in business, and there is no ones there jeweler I would rather use! Great service, great products, and a great family!

Lou's is more than just a jewelry store. As soon as you walk in you're treated like family. Mr. Tim treats you as one of his own and produces such beautiful, high quality jewelry. Highly recommend.

These guys are amazing. I went to several other jewelers before someone recommended Lou's. I was trying to find someone to repair a necklace and everyone told me it would take around a month to get it back. Lou's happened to have the parts in stock and fixed it in minutes. The staff was amazing and everyone was so kind and personable. I will definitely be back! Thanks guys!

The service repair and cleaning is like no other.in my personal opinion the best in town honest and amazing work

Lou's has been a life-saver! My husband and I first used them when the main diamond in my engagement ring (that was purchased from a different store) fell out and was lost. Lou's worked with our insurance to replace the diamond and re-do the setting to ensure this diamond would not happen again. My husband (fiance at the time) and I then purchased our wedding bands from Lou's which are gorgeous!

The day before our wedding we went to get our rings cleaned and Lou's noticed one of the smaller diamonds in my engagement ring was missing (blame again on the other dealer). Lou's found a diamond to replace this within 30 minutes and we were able to enjoy our wedding to the fullest thanks to this last minute miracle on their part! I knew as soon as Cannon told us he was proposing to Hannah who to call. I immediately let Megan know we were coming her way. She sat down with Cannon and explained diamonds to him. She worked with him to personal his vision for Hannah. Thank you for your personal attention.

I recommend Lou's for so many reasons. The main reason is that this family has taken care of my families jewelry needs since my great grandfather started shopping with them. As soon as you walk in they greet you and make you feel at home. I walked in with a ring that Tim had originally designed 27 years earlier for my mother and father and we put it in a new setting for my now fiance! Tim is the best in the business and I hope all of you come to see him!

I cannot begin to describe how pleased I am with the service i received! I went in on Thursday morning 11-12 and needed an engagement ring sized, they put a rush on getting my ring done and had it completed by Saturday 11/14 it was perfect. They really went above and beyond for me and I will be back for all of my Jewelry needs! Thank y'all so much for the great service.

Excellent service, great and friendly people, adjusted my watch band for a great price and suggested a good way to clean the band so to keep it in good condition!

My husband and I were looking for a jeweler to make my 15 year anniversary wedding set. I wanted something special and different but had very little ideas of what I wanted. Lou's was the first place we stopped and we are so glad we did! Tim was super helpful and had lots of design options.even websites where I could design my own ring and see. it.

They also have a 3D printer which helps by putting your design on your finger! I ordered a pear shaped true Aquamarine stone for the middle (it's our birthstone) with the side diamonds chocolate (more like cognac) and white diamonds around the center stone. Had a shadow wedding band in white diamonds (as to not overtake the middle Aquamarine stone) all mounted on 14K stunning rose gold and WOW.its absolutely the most beautiful ring I've ever seen!

I get so many compliments all the time and I always tell everyone where my ring came from! Thank you Tim, Cindy and family for all of your help! We are now forever customers!

My husband and I purchased my wedding band, engagement ring and his wedding band from here a couple of months ago- and can I say, absolutely stunning. The quality is immaculate. Everyone there is so nice and understanding. They run an amazing business.

Lou's has made multiple custom pieces for me and they've always exceeded my expectations! Steven is amazing on the CAD system and can make the creative pieces in your dreams become a reality. Can't wait to get my new piece next week!

The people are extremely nice and helpful. I had 2 bracelets repaired, they were broke in half in the middle, when the repairs was completed (3 days ahead of schedule) OMG they looked better than when I purchased them. I looked everywhere for the perfect rose gold ring - and found it at Lou's Jewelry. They were reasonably priced and they are just wonderful people! I loved it so much, we bought my wedding set there as well, and my husband's wedding band. We had the best experience picking out rings! Everyone is extremely nice and they welcome you with open arms! They made us feel extremely comfortable when choosing a ring!
