My wedding ring/engagement ring set was originally purchased from Craig Husar so when the marriage ended I took the set in to exchange it for some thing I would actually wear. I was pleasantly surprised at the value they gave me on the rings and I was able to get a beautiful pair of oval diamond studs. They definitely take care of their customers and I will shop there again.

We have had a wonderful experience at Husars Brookfield! Sara and Craig helped me find the perfect engagement ring for my fiance. They have plenty of options to choose from and are willing to work with you to earn your business. They were patient and accommodating to find the perfect ring for me with no pressure at all. We look forward to continue working with Sara and Craig for our wedding bands. I would highly recommend this jeweler for anyone looking for an engagement ring!

Craig Husar's is the most professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest place you can go to for your jewelry needs. I have had several pieces fixed. Craig also made a mold of a charm that belonged to a very special person we lost so our family would each have a copy of it to cherish.

Great experience from start to finish! My wife just ordered the ring she has always wanted. Ramiah was great to work with and the owner Craig even stopped by to talk. Great people and the space was very impressive! Can't wait to go back!

After two decades, took my mom's jewelry in and Craig and Sara spent more than an hour talking through various options, acknowledging the sentiment and emotion behind everything. Kind, knowledgeable and caring. 5 stars for certain.

Craig was genuinely interested in the antique jewelry that was my grandma's, not only was the experience educational, rewarding and satisfying, it was fun! After some adjustment I will be able to wear a few of my mom's pieces.

My fiance got my engagement ring and wedding band from here. I as well got his wedding band from here. I can't say enough great things about the staff. They are incredibly kind and helpful. The rings are outstanding! I recommended them to my sister and she is getting her custom engagement ring made here currently. I will keep on recommending Husars to everyone.

Great people. I got my engagement ring and both wedding bands here. Unfortunately, in the year we've had the engagement ring I've had to bring it back 4 times to get the center stone tightened. It is a quick and easy turnaround but it still makes us uneasy that it has happened so often. For the amount of money I have spent here it is also a little frustrating that we have nothing to show for the inconvenience it has caused us.

We love Husars. Have been going here for years. Their team is amazing and friendly. I dropped my wedding ring off because I was worried the diamond was loose and I had it back the same day. They are the best!

After some poor experiences at some of the chain jewelry establishments (every kiss definitely does not begin with "Kay"), I opted to try a local option when I happened to find myself across the street for an oil change on my car. When I walked in, I was promptly greeted by Ramiah, who could not have been more helpful and reassuring as I set out to purchase a wedding ring for my boyfriend (spoiler alert: now fiance!).

I had his size and that he is partial to black diamonds. Ramiah showed me all of the options, and upon finding a couple that I liked, provided pricing in three different metals (10k white gold, 14k white gold, and platinum). I also appreciated that she didn't try to push me into the more expensive options. I really loved that the rings are handmade upon ordering, as it helped me potentially avoid what happened to a friend (who ended up selecting the exact same ring as one of his co-workers).

Payment and pickup expectations were efficient and I had a great conversation with Ramiah about real estate, as she was looking for a house and had recently viewed one near me. Even better, the ring ended up being ready early, allowing me to bring it with to Vegas and propose at the top of Frenchman mountain. While all of this was very positive, Ramiah didn't "stick the landing." A full month went by before I heard from her regarding appraisal (which is needed to insure a ring), and only after I called the store to inquire about this.

Later that day I did get an email with Ramiah that provided the value of the ring I bought, but no additional information. It took several more emails to pull out what next steps were. I also found it odd that she didn't inquire about the proposal or make any gesture that intimated that she cared about the outcome of the expensive purchase I made with her/Craig Husar.

I got the feeling that since the sale was concluded, she was more or less done with me. That's disappointing as I had noticed some other items in the store that would have been great gifts for friends and family, but I would probably pursue those options elsewhere now.

OMG I LOVE Craig Husar's! Amazing customer service and great integrity all around. We have been return customers for 15 years. Husar's is our go to and trusted jeweler. We don't get in very often or purchase something even each year, however the Husar team always remembers my family and always makes us feel welcome. The Husar team is always patient with us, and very fair and honest. I would refer my closest friends and family members in a heart beat!

As good of jewelers they are, they don't respect their clientele. I was in picking something up and the other customers and I all had on masks. When I inquired of the young lady behind the counter why she wasn't wearing a mask, her response was "because I don't want to". Not only disrespectful but wrong. I then inquired the same of Craig Husar and basically received the same response. Your clients come first, always because without them you are nothing!

I will delete this review if I get an email response back. I emailed a staff about trading my ring in to upgrade. I received an email to clarify my ring info. and that ended there. It's not a bad ring, cost is about $20K plus retail, 3 carat round diamond GIA certified. I emailed the person again for a quote and still have not received anything back.

I am confused why customer service is so poor everywhere. I mean, diamonds are expensive but when you want to sell it or trade it in, they are quite. Maybe we all need to rethink about diamonds and its worth. Diamonds are beautiful but is it a scam? I am wondering and really contemplating all this nonsense. So sad.

I recommend you go elsewhere. I bought a $28,000 custom designed engagement ring from Lyle Husar. The engagement ended and I thought Husar's would offer to purchase the ring back from me, so I sent an email to Craig Husar asking for a quote. I was incredibly surprised he would not make an offer. At best he said he may consider taking the ring on consignment or assist in finding a buyer. I consider this absolutely pathetic customer service.

Go to Becca! She is such a pistol and helped design my dream engagement ring. She worked with my fiance to make sure he could afford it but, in a wonderfully respectful way, got me to stop worrying about the cost and just think about what I wanted. She was excited (unlike many jewelers have been) that I wanted a non-diamond center stone and did not rest until we found the perfect combo of rose gold, mini diamonds and gemstone center.

We played endlessly with colors and settings and it could not be more perfect. She has easily won my business as long as I live in the area. On top of it all, the store is lovely and inviting, not to mention family-owned. Do yourself a favor and get your jewelry here!

My engagement ring is from here and ended up being a bit of a custom design and I'm beyond thrilled with it. I knew I'd be picky when we went out looking for rings and we went to a couple of stores before we ended up here. We received so much personal attention. They were able to "create" different versions of the ring on a computer mock up program so that I could get a visual of what I was looking for. Andy H would probably be a better judge of the rest of the process, but from my end, I've been happy. After purchase, I get a lifetime of cleaning and re-aneiling and the staff has been nothing but helpful.

I would urge caution in doing business -- specifically buying diamonds -- with Lyle Husar in Brookfield, Wi. I received a pair of diamond earrings as a gift. I asked for documentation regarding value so that they could be insured. They provided a price that I thought high, but decided to insure for that amount. Now, a year later, I wanted to return/exchange.

I went back to Husar's to learn true value and was "brushed off." I learned that one of the stones was purchased at wholesale pricing; the other was "traded out" and value was hard to pinpoint. Craig Husar was nice, but not helpful - and then he told me that I couldn't exchange anyway. I'd have to go back to the person who gave them to me and ask him to exchange. (That, by the way as a "new" twist after three conversations with him and two conversations with his staff.no one told me that only the purchaser could exchange.) So I took the diamonds to two other jewelers.

They both found significant flaws in the stones -- and both told me that they should have been valued at least $8,000 less than what Husar's documented. I now believe the value indicated on the documentation Husar's provided was meant to impress, not an accurate value. Key learning: You need to work with someone you trust when purchasing diamonds. I would not trust Lyle Husar Designs. Suggest that if you have anything appraised outside of Husar's before you actually sign on the dotted line.

Most of the things I've bought at Husars are small potatoes - a new chain for a necklace or a plain pair of earrings. I've taken watches and rings in for repair. None of the items or services I've bought here has been expensive.but each and every time they treat me like I'm the only person in the store. The prices have been fair and the service has been great. So, when my husband decides to buy me something really expensive (hint, hint, Christmas is coming) it's going to come from Husars. Definitely recommend.

I've filled out two of those sheets where they put down the rings you like and all the notes they make during your visit. I clearly expressed to the staff that I was interested in knowing when the Tacori representative was coming, so I could see more of the Tacori line. Nobody notified me and when I returned a few months later and asked about it, they had told me the representative was already in and would not come in again for another few months.

I say let's just put that behind us and hope for better customer service the next time around. I found a ring on the Tacori website that I was wondering if the store could get in and emailed them. It's been a week and NOBODY has emailed me. I even asked them for help in my email, I'm really serious about finding my ring and getting engaged this year!

My boyfriend and I have been looking for rings for a few months now and I really do want to buy one from Lyle, however, the customer service I received was below what I expected from such a well-known place. The jewelry stores that offered great customer service did not have the rings I cared for and this store that does, did not offer me the top notch customer service I expected. I don't feel like they cared for my business nor were they in it to help me find what I really wanted.
