My fiance and I had the pleasure of working with the owner Michael Mazzoni. We both had very little knowledge with diamonds or rings etc. he took the time to thoroughly explain all of it to us. There is a reason he has had a successful business in downtown Farmington all these years. Overall great experience and would come back 10/10 times. Highly recommend

We have had multiple pieces designed and built by Michael and his store. We've almost always had exceptional service and patience while we took time to decide what my wife wanted and how to design it her way. Michael will always listen, and give his opinion on what will work best without being pushy. Even when mistakes were made on one piece, he was willing to fix it and make her happy at no charge, and on a quick turnaround time as well. We found this jeweler on a whim, and are very glad we stopped in one day. You won't regret working with Mazzoni in the future!

I visited Mazzoni's for the first time in June for a graduation gift. The staff was super friendly, helpful and professional. I have since been in a few other times, and the service was exactly the same. They are now the only jewelers I will give my business to!

My husband arrived in the shop right from work and they treated him like any man should be treated. The ring he picked out for me ( my engagement ring ) was a ring I couldn't have picked better of. My diamond Clarity and cut are top of the line and I could t be happier. Because of this, my husband returns to the same jeweler for all of my Gifts and I have never been unhappy.

I love this Jeweler and will always trust them to point my husband in the right direction. I now have an anniversary diamond bangle as well as a right hand ring (green Agate ) i believe are both Andrea condwalla and am completely in love with. The designers that they have at their jewelers it's quite amazing and I don't usually like something everyone else is wearing.

Not sure if they keep note of this but they always point my husband in the right direction and I've always been happy and I'm kind of a picky person when it comes to jewelry. My engagement ring was bought 13 years ago and my husband still returns for my gifts

I've come through Mazzoni a few times by virtue of proximity for small watch-link removal things and the like and today I needed a battery that I already had put into a watch I couldn't remove the back of. I don't remember the very nice young lady's name who assisted and even set the time and date for no charge at all and was really nice, but I really appreciate it!

I know businesses need every dime they can get so I felt bad but she was so nice. They have some Mazzoni branded smaller men's metal band watches that look really nice. Would be nice to have it as something super local. I'll be in to see those again soon! Thank you for everything!

Terrible customer service! Next time i will deal w pandora directly not some old authorized or maybe unauthorized pandora dealer. Rude and Racists (not that i care, im more successful than a lot rednecks esp jewelry store cashiers) all three of them, go spend your money somewhere else where its appreciated.

Mazzoni Jewelers is one of the only local jewelers that sell and have a VAST stock of PANDORA bracelets and charms. The women who work there are some of the ABSOLUTE BEST people I've had the pleasure of meeting. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable about all things jewelry, they are honest and KIND people. Their customer service is BEYOND exceptional, it's phenomenal.

Great Customer Service with a Friendly Face I stopped in on my lunch to have my watch repaired. I was greeted at the door by a lovely woman who sized up the repair and immediately took my watch in back to replace the spring pin in the clasp. She fixed it within a few minutes and brought it out to resize the linkage, readjusted it, returned and told me there was no charge and thank you for coming in.and to come back if I needed anything in the future. I was totally impressed and appreciative for the service. This is how sales should be done folks.

They are the most friendly people and the store is beautiful! I buy all my Pandora jewelry there and have been completely satisfied! I have even gotten handwritten thank you notes thanking me for coming in.now that's great customer service!

12 months ago, I went in there to discuss designing an engagement ring for my partner. I informed them that I live out of state but they came highly recommended. He (the owner, this Mazzoni fellow) said that he'd have someone call me to discuss the design. I even offered to put down a down payment. He never called back until about a month ago when he inquired whatever happened to me.

I politely informed him that no one ever contacted me so they must not want my business. I will keep my business back in my home state of Massachusetts, where it is earned and deserved.

Took the wife to get a special treat for her birthday. Didn't have to wait long. This place is friendly and neat.

This is a wonderful jeweler with great customer service and a really hip selection of jewelry. They carry pandora, thomas sabo and others and the store is bright and cheery. There is a repair guy on-site, and they will clean your rings for free just for stopping in (even if your ring wasn't purchased there). The staff is very knowledgeable and never pushy. Love it!
