Came here to get my fathers Breitling completely serviced and I am so glad I chose this shop --- they are incredible. Family owned, old school, the way things used to be -- a place where you get a proper handshake. Price was fair and timeline given was realistic -- highly recommend

I'd been bringing my watches to them, and then the diamond fell off my engagement ring (from 1977) and he did a beautiful job re-setting it for me.lots of sentimental value. Michael and his team is a great reminder to shop local. First, before we get to the watched, this neighborhood watch shop is a great reminder of how business should be done. Everyone knows you by name, when you walk in, they genuinely want to know you too. The community vibe was great. Secondly, as a walk in, Michael spent 15 minutes fixing my watch, making sure it's was just right. Great vibe, great place, great service. Would recommend and will be doing all my watch servicing here.

These guys are absolutely phenomenal. I brought in 4 watches and a pocket watch. One was my late grandfather's, I couldn't remember the last time I saw it ticking other than on his wrist. Mike told me they would take a look but couldn't guarantee anything as rust had started to creep into the watch face. Came back an hour later to see my grandfather's watch running smooth as ever, as well as the other 3 watches I had brought in, fresh with new batteries. They even removed some scratches from the watch face of another, free of charge! Cannot recommend Marina Bay Watch Company enough.

So happy I gave these guys a call. I'm long overdue for a service and polish on my Breitling. I was nervous giving it to someone other than Breitling to work on (but I was out of warranty anyway and didn't want to wait 8 weeks). Mike really knows his stuff. I came in to get a bracelet put on my watch. They kindly said they'd do it for free and had a smile on their face and made me feel like I wasn't a burden which was nice. Fast forward 15 minutes in my awesome convo with Mike, he was teaching me all the things about my watch that I didn't even know myself (it was a gift cut me some slack). Both Mikes were nice guys! This is my go-to watch place now.

My grandparents gave me a Frederique Constant when I was young and after wearing it everyday, the battery finally gave with quite a lot of scratches. I never had the battery repaired because all of the other places I went to asked me for an insane amount of money so I was almost gonna give up, however a couple of weeks ago was a big event for me and I wanted everything perfect so I looked up a watch repair, Marina Bay Watch Company popped up first and WOW, ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC.

I called them to ask if they could take a look at the watch, the lady said I could come anytime that day so I showed up and I was amazed at how welcoming they were. If I had more watches I would go everyday just to be able to have a discussion. When I picked up my watch after they finished with the repair I asked them if there was anything to do with the scratches and Mike said "Let me see what I can do" (wink). Less than 5 min after, the watch looked just like the day my grandparents gave it to me. I can't wait to go back to get a new bracelet now

This is the first Google review I have ever written and I write it for good reason. When one discovers a master of any service or craft, I think one is obligated to share. In a world where business and service has been watered down and lost all its focus on the customer, Mariana Bay Watch Company is a special gem that carrying on the lost art of customer service. Located in an unassuming shopping center on Lincoln Boulevard, this small business is something of another time.

A time when a business truly cared about its customers and the quality of service that is offered. The service; the staff; the absolute mastery in craftsmanship is such a refreshing reminder that there are those still out there that really love what they do and for whom they do it. I feel like a friend every time I walk in. Now about the work. The owner, Michael, has personally serviced my early 60's Omega Seamaster 3 times now.

Despite the punishment I put it through, he is always able to make this very special item of mine function and shine like it is brand new. He is infinitely knowledgeable and always finds the right and original parts if need be. On top of all that he always has some tips and suggestions to keep this old watch of mine working. The prices are unbelievably fair.

My first experience with Marina Bay Watch Company was several years ago while living in Santa Monica, CA. I had gone on a trip to Costa Rica and my Maurice Lacroix Phase De Lune Chronograph had moisture damage and wasn't working. Not only did Michael give me a transparent and accurate brief on what had happened to the watch, but also the cost, time to repair and more.instead of a transactional approach, he took the time to educate me on the pros and cons, and allow me to make the decision.

I truly found that refreshing and earned my trust with his genuine approach. This was my first watch I ever bought and had sentimental value to me, once I explained that we proceeded to get it fixed. The team at Marina Bay Watch Company did an incredible repair on it, popping individual air bubbles on the dial, restoring the movement, and resealing and polish.

Since then I've used them for all my watch needs as my collection and passion has grown for time pieces. They also have helped me customize relume and dial repairs, more recently helped me with a recently bought GMT-Master II that wasn't working properly. They also restored a very sentimental watch for a close loved one of mine. Regardless of expense, age, or type of watch you can always have peace of mind your watch is in expert hands and the trust and respect you will have for Marina Bay Watch Company is everything.

That's why I still drive from Beverly Hills now past many competitors to come to them, because I don't trust anyone else with my watches. They're simply the best and treat you like family.

My mom have two watches that are precious to her needed to be fixed and this place took great care in repairing them. Now my mom is so happy that she is going to wear them. These guys know how to repair these watches with such precision to get it to work. My mom and I are truly grateful.

I came into Marina Bay Watch Company to have the batteries replaced in three older watches that I hadn't used in years. The staff was friendly and accommodating, Maria in particular. The price of the batteries was reasonable and service was very fast. I had my watches back in working order in 20 minutes. I would absolutely consider doing all of my watch related business at this small, personal, and exceptional local shop.

I brought my Baume & Mercier watch in that had stopped working. It needed a new battery. Mike noticed there was some water damage inside and that it wasn't sealing properly to be water resistant. He offered to make a new gasket for it and made sure he completed the job on a very busy day because I was leaving town the next day. I'm so happy to have my repaired watch to take with me! The customer service here is above and beyond. Thank you!

This is the second time we've taken watches here for sizing. A year ago they fit watch for me well. Today they did another. They were nice, professional, and I wasn't scared they'd mess it up! The owner came and chatted with me. Very friendly man. I hope this place survives the pandemic and the constant gentrification. It's nice to support a local family business.

I brought in a vintage 1970's Omega Geneve 1480 Cal. to Marina Bay Watch company to have it serviced. The watch hadn't been serviced since the early 80's, and the date quickest feature on the crown of the watch needed repair. The watch was serviced, polished, and the date quickset feature on the crown of the watch was repaired, and now the watch is fully functional! Marina Bay Watch Company took my 50 year old Omega and made it new again! Thank you Marina Bay Watch Company!

I needed some links fixed in one of my husband's watches and a link taken out of a bracelet. Found this little spot. Super kind and very honest spot! The work was done by the next day, too, even though they said it wouldn't be ready for 3 or 4. I won't hesitate to bring other pieces back here.

Fast and efficient service. Will come back again. They do take cash, credit cards and Apple Pay. Parking just sucks. In and out within 10 min. Came in to change husbands watch battery. No appointment needed. Highly recommend

Friendly, honest, and attentive team here! This is my first time ever dealing with watch and came here because it was close to my house. I was greeted warmly by the lady and the service overall went by fast and smooth. Got such a good vibe from the whole place!
