We've had nothing but an amazing experience with Marshall's Jewelers particularly with Rich. They are a family owned business, who stands by their products. After many complications with COVID on the company that made my engagement rings side, Marshalls kept in contact and always cared for their customer even though it was completely out of their control. The real test of any business is how problems are handled. Things can come up at any time with any company but the attitude of the sales staff is critical in making everything all right. My husband and I purchased a necklace that had a unsatisfactory clasp. It was replaced and broke again within a couple of months. Mark and Richard fixed my necklace with no questions asked.
They fixed it right and mailed it back very quickly over the busy Christmas Holiday season too. Not only did they sell me a absolutely beautiful necklace but treated me exceptionally well. They are definitively worth taking the drive to visit their store and see their selection.

I don't believe 5 starts is even enough to rate the experience that I had at Marshall's. I had the pleasure of working with Richard throughout the process of designing and creating an engagement ring for my now fiancee. Richard was nothing but professional & always made himself available for any questions that I had. He made this process extremely easy and stress free.
