Recently got engaged and my fiancee felt her ring was just a hair big. I found Michael thru his stellar online reviews, and he far exceeded his reputation. My fiancee already was in love with her ring so she really didn't want to part with it for an extended period. Michael was able to resize the ring for her in less than an hour while we waited in his office. The work was done flawlessly in one go. I can't wait to go back and have him design our wedding bands.

Mike restored my mom's 66 year old wedding set, then listened thoughtfully to what I was hoping could be designed as a band to complement the set. Both are pieces I will use for a second marriage. His restoration of the set, and perfect design of what I described then brought to life, took my breath away. His warmth, attention and gentle nature made the entire experience simply wonderful. He is a special person and talented artist.

Michael was able to revive and repair my 13 year old wedding set and heirloom necklace to impeccable standards. Mike did an amazing job from start to finish. He kept me well informed during the process and was very punctual. As far as cost it was he very competitive and less than national jewlers were quoting me for a cookie cutter product. The quality is amazing and my fiance and I are very impressed with the quality. I went to Saxon Jewelers to purchase an engagement ring and Mike made the process extremely easy. As someone with little knowledge about diamonds Mike was able to educate me about the diamond rating system and keep me in the loop the entire time. I went into Saxon after purchasing a vintage ring for myself online. It was a little big (actually 2 sizes to big but I'm not sure if that's a lot or not) and needed resizing. I looked at several independent jewelers in the area before deciding on Saxon due to the sheer volume of stellar reviews (on their website, here, and Google) and the gorgeous, professional website they have.

Everything in Saxon is outstanding - I've never seen such a beautiful collection of jewelery, all with their own sense of personality, in one place! Michael was wonderful to work with. He took a look at my ring, sized me, and gave me an estimate (including a prong replacement for one that was missing, which I was unaware of before bringing it in - the ring is older so I wasn't surprised it needed a little fix).

The estimate was very fair and he was able to explain how the repairs would work, as well as provide a reasonable date of return. He called me when the ring was ready (earlier than anticipated!) and made sure if fit perfectly. It did! Even better there's no sign that it was sized down - you can't tell at all. His work is beautiful craftsmanship and I can't recommend him enough.

He also designs the jewelry in the store, including cutting the gems and everything. While Im not currently looking for jewelery, when I am ready, I know exactly where I'll go for it - Saxon!
