I met Mr. Miller when he needed work done on his farm. At 16, I bucked hay, raked gravel, shoveled snow--anything he needed. I guess I did a good job because after I finished college, he ran into my mom and asker her what I was doing. She told him I was harvesting my last field of beans and then was off to look for a new job. Mr. Miller moved to Moses Lake to retire and manage some land that he owned.He lasted 7 months. Hated retirement. Opened another jewelry store. A few years later, he hired me. He taught me about being ethical, trustworthy and giving the best value to our customers.

One month to repair the prong (one of four) on a pendant and reset the stone! I've been in the store three times to check on the progress, because no one has called me. The last week they were honest enough to admit they broke the remaining prongs trying to repair it, and needed to send it away to be fixed. This week they said it, "might be in by the end of the week, " but I am having my doubts.
They still want to charge me the original quote. (Update) The owner replied via Google, instead of calling me (my number is printed on the receipt). And while I appreciate the detailed explanation here, it doesn't make up for not telling me (in person) the three other times I visited the store, or in today's phone call. I would have understood the circumstances, if it was communicated to me in the first place. I am missing the customer service (here) that I deserved, including someone telling me they were sorry.

This establishment is worth boasting about! My son and I brought in some gold jewelry and the assistant behind the counter was more than accommodating! When we showed her the couple pieces of jewelry she went above and beyond to not only make this experience one that my little son will not likely forget! She tested everything was quite knowledgeable in the products we showed her but she even polished all the pieces and gave my son a scrap price value AND what it could easily sell for online.
And honestly after she cleaned and polished up his jewelry she gave him hope to make a good little slice of quite a find for such a young child. We were overall very satisfied with our customer service we received! My son's says "Thank you for all you've done for him today!" Highly recommend!

The epitome of what a friendly small-town jewelry store should be! I've done business with them on a several occasions over the last year and a half I've lived in town. Their prices are very good, although their selection could be a bit better. They *DO* carry a great selection of decent name brand watches, though! They have amazing customer service--their sales girls are always so patient with me and my flighty indecisiveness. I love this store and it's almost always the first place I look for jewelry for myself or a gift.
