Great atmosphere and customer service. Was greeted professionally as soon as I entered the building and offered a beverage (I had a coffee however, they actually have wine and beer if you like). Personable and knowledgeable employees. I was able to purchase exactly what I was looking for. This was made easy due to their extensive inventory and options. Just picked up my first Rolex and these guys made it all VIP for me. Nicole and Franco made me and my son feel like royalty. They knew I was on a time crunch and had everything ready to go. Although I was on a time crunch I didn't feel rushed. Honestly I didn't want to leave. The store was impeccably clean and inviting. The staff was very respectful and a delight to talk to. Franco's working knowledge of the store and Rolex's luxurious history was second to none.

I definitely plan to get another one as I have two kids and want to leave one for each of them to start a family tradition. Big thanks to The Murphy Jewelry store and especially Franco and Nicole. You guys are absolutely amazing!

I'm not even sure how to begin to describe how much Murphy Jewelers has gone above and beyond for us. Between Ellen, Mary, Rick and others, I am beyond grateful. My engagement ring had been set so there was a large gap between the diamond and the halo. I had been really upset over this, since my ring represents so much, yet the gap still bothered me.

The center diamond belonged to my grandmother, adding to the sentimental value. The jewelers at Murphy completely understood how important the ring was to me, yet made feel validated about the issue I saw with it. They worked closely with Gabriel and Co to help find a solution for my setting, (I owe a large thanks to their rep with Gabriel as well.

They are an amazing company.) My new setting is absolutely perfect; it feels just as special and similar as my original one, but improved all the issues. Rick was able to set it exactly the way I had originally imagined it, and went above and beyond to ensure it was perfect. We also worked closely with Ellen to create a necklace out of a few of my grandmother's diamonds.

It turned out so beautiful, better than I could have imagined. She was so patient with us to try and find the perfect setting, which included several visits. We never once felt pressured into making a decision. I'm so happy we chose the setting we did. It it such a special piece. We also have looked at lots of wedding bands with her, although we're still undecided on that!

We will be sure to return to her though if we do decide on it. I truly don't think I could thank Murphy Jewelers enough. This new and improved ring really reflects the most important part, the love my fiance and I share. The setting also does justice to how beautiful my grandmother's diamond is, which was the goal too. They are the only jewelers who we trust in the Lehigh Valley.

My fiance and I went through Murphy jewelers for our wedding bands and since then I have also gotten her wedding gift from there and a repair done. The team is truly remarkable and always give great custom service as well as a easy and flawless experience. I have worked with Tony and Christian and they are great help each time I walk in!

I had looked for a jeweler that would use my already owned center stone and place it in a new custom setting for sometime. My first experience at the store was great, the staff was extremely helpful. Nicole Benzrihem went above and beyond contacting the ring manufacturer for customized options and pricing and went back and forth with me over a couple weeks to explore different options.

I sent an form email inquiry to Murphy Jewelers via Rolex.com. I was not expecting a reply back or at best only a canned form letter. I received a personalized email back from Joshua Benzrihem who was thoughtful, courteous and willing to help. I will definitely patronize this shop in the future.

If you're in the market for a Rolex or some fine jewelry, this is your spot. Ask for Franco. I recently purchased a bigger ticket item from Franco. He was accommodating, patient, and all around just kind. He never rushed me or never tried to "sell." I came back a second time and purchased an awesome John Hardy necklace from Lyailya for my brother.

She is also fabulous. Extremely passionate and showed me ALL of the options until I finally chose the right piece. I can't stress enough how great the customer service is here. First dealt with Tony Chami, when I bought my wife's engagement ring. When he was at the center valley location. Now today I picked up a just because gift for my wife because let's face it she's a great mother and wife so even though Christmas is next week it's a just because gift. But I want to say thank you to Nicole & Joshua Benzrihem. Love the new location by the way! Great big space.

I made a trip to the store at the mall in leigh valley mall. My daughter had set up a appt to have a ring valued, the gentlemen that did the appraisal was horrible first he said i don't know what kind of guy he was, but this is a cheap ring. he valued the ring at a really low price, but said nothing at that time. then he said i wish I had the paper work, little did he know, i had a earlier appraisal, he looked at the paperwork, and could only say it was a good one, now he could not go back and cover his tracks, thinking i did not know nothing about the ring, I got up and walked right out. from what i seen its all junk, women know your 4c's before buying a diamond, do some research, and don't go to murphys its for young adults

Very friendly service from everyone there. They were able to help me with service on a few of my older Rolexes, as well helping me pick out my new one. Ask for the manager Tony or Marybel for world class service.

First, I think the fact that a company that has been around so long and has only 8 Yelp reviews should raise concern. This place is as slimmy as they come. They don't care about anybody except when it comes to selling you something. They have a 30 day return policy on any item bought. What they don't tell you is when that 30 day starts. I can tell you it is not when it is ready to be picked up.

I bought an engagement ring recently and needed to return it due to a serious life's event. They said, "no" you exceeded the 30 days from the date you paid for it by a couple of days and said they would give me nothing for the ring and try ebay. They are careless cold people and would never buy another thing from this place. It is a joke with cold-hearted people.

I work in medicine, and am a former Marine Corpsman, so I could never imagine treating a Marine, or patient, with the cold manner in which I was treated. If you need an engagement ring, go somewhere else where people truly care.

I needed new batteries for two watches, one of which I purchased at this fine store. I was greeted as an old friend, and I asked if they could change batteries in both watches, Tony, the manager told me absolutely. It only took about 10 minutes and both watches were running fine again. I was really pleasantly surprised that the new battery install was free!

Plus I was given a cup of tea! Now that just reinforces why Murphy Jewelers is my #1 store for all my jewelry and watch purchases. I have been a customer for years and will continue to be. Thank you Tony and your excellent, gracious and professional staff.

Got good vibes from Murphy Jewelers. I bought a Rolex as a gift for my wife a couple months ago, and they were low-key but very professional and friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure that the presentation was the best that it could be, that the engraving was done in a timely manner, that it would really pop as a gift, etc. I'd certainly recommend this jeweler without hesitation.

Received a Bulova watch as my 30th anniversary gift from my employer. It was extremely large and needed to be resized. Took it to Murphy Jeweler at The Promenade shops to be resized. What an amazing experience! Everyone so friendly and accommodating! The man who resized my watch was wonderful! He took his time and had to take out links twice until he go it just perfect! Thank you.

Promenade location is very unprofessional. Was basically given the run around for weeks. Went to upgrade my engagement ring. First they "forgot" we were going in to look at stones so they never had them ready. Went back again and they only had 3 to look at. Then they gave us trade-in value and when we said we didn't want to spend over $10,000 more, we get email letting us know they changed their mind and won't honor the trade in value anymore. Completely tacky and unprofessional. Would never use this company for anything after that horrible experience.

When I found myself without my husband's 40th Birthday present on the morning his birthday the team at the Saucon Valley Shoppes came through as the savior for the Breitling watch I had intended to giver my husband that evening. I cannot say enough about this jeweler, their outstanding customer service and that fact that they now have a customer for life with my family.
