I cannot recommend Murray's Jewelers highly enough. The staff was always friendly, and Ryan Murray was a professional throughout the entire sales process. He was knowledgeable and happy to help with an engagement ring purchase, and was not pushy whatsoever. I don't know that I got the lowest price in the world, but I certainly got a high quality ring that I am completely satisfied with. If you are in the market for anything in the jewelry arena, and quality and ease of service is important, stop by Murray's to see Ryan and you will not be disappointed.

AMAZING place! James seriously knows what he is doing. They fixed my ring (not done right from another shop) and sized it for me so fast. Will definitely be coming back for wedding bands.

Murray's does amazing work! I took in my engagement ring to get it resized, which was not purchased from them. For a small extra cost, they agreed to have it back to me in less than 24 hours when normally they allow for a week! James was so helpful and explained everything to me in choosing what size to go down to. I loved that James was the one that completed all the work himself, and when I went to pick it up the next day he was there to let me know that everything looked fine with it! James truly went above and beyond for a ring that was not even purchased at Murray's. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or have work done on their jewelry, and am planning to look there for wedding bands!

My diamond engagement ring was purchased at a national chain four years ago. I am not the most careful woman on the planet and kept sticking my hands in places they ought not be, resulting in bent prongs on the setting. I took it back to the national chain the first time and they sent it out. When I got it back, it looked like an angry gorilla had done the repair!

There were deep gouges in the prong and I was upset, but happy to have my diamond back. The next time I bent a prong I decided to find a local jeweler to do the repair. I had heard of diamonds being "lost" or replaced with lower quality stones at this national chain. I was happy to find Murray's and ecstatic to be able to walk in and walk out with my ring the same afternoon.

I talked to them about replacing the setting with a more sturdy 6 prong and they agreed it would hold up better. The staff were helpful, very knowledgeable and understanding, I felt comfortable leaving my ring there since they have been in business since 1885 and were master jewelers. I got my ring back and it is PERFECT! I have had many compliments on it and am so happy I found Murray's!

We stopped in to browse wedding rings and the staff provided really great advice on ring sizing and cleaning. They are very friendly and helpful. The jewelry and watches are beautiful and they have some unique items.

Murray's created a custom engagement ring for my now husband based on styles I liked and family stones. They then worked to create custom wedding bands for my husband and I, starting with wax versions we approved. On my husband's band, they even secretly edged in our wedding date on the outside. The rings were affordable, beautiful, and personal. Murray's was a pleasure to work with.

I had not used Murray's Jewelers previously, but broke the mount on my engagement ring and managed to find the diamond, so I took it in to Murray's to be repaired. They fixed my ring so that it was whole again and shouldn't break again anytime soon. They did so in a timely manner and at a reasonable price as well. They also suggested that I come back periodically to have it cleaned and examined so that any needs for repairs are caught long before it should break (I'm really hard on my jewelry.not their fault!). I would recommend them for all your jewelry needs! I enjoyed supporting a local business as well.

I have gone to Murray's twice now and plan on going to them more. I am a college student and they have been very sensitive to my budget and attentive to my preferences. The first time I visited them was around Christmas when I bought a pair of pearl earrings and a pearl necklace for my girlfriend. Many of the other places I visited had little to no pearls in stock, but Murray's had an extensive selection.

I was able to pick out exactly what I wanted. The second time I visited was a few months ago to buy a locket. The same jeweler who helped me the first time helped me the second time. He showed me several magazines and allowed me to select what I wanted. The people at Murray's have always been accommodating, polite, and listen to me instead of trying to sell me more than I can afford.
