Neece Jewelers

The 3, 5-stars reviews have to be relatives. This jewelry store is on it's last leg. Approximately a month ago I went to Neece's to have 3 pieces of jewelry reappraised for my insurance company. At the time I called them first, I talked to Joshua who told me my 3 pieces would cost $275 for appraisal. I called 3 other companies and was able to find one for $175.

Being that Neece is only 5 minutes from my house, I went in the other store and told them about the other appraisals. He said don't worry I'll do it for the same, taking off $100. Are all these jewelers the same? Anyway he said he would send a copy to my insurance company, which was never sent. After calling them, I called him for a second resend and then a third resend. Got tired of calling and emailed myself to the insurance company.

This company must be having difficulties with money. Instead of using 2 sheets of paper for 3 items and doing it professionally, they used the front and back of 1 page. After all these problems I thought I would give them one more crack at it. I had a ring to be resized. Asked for a quote while I was there, again this was done by Josh, told him thank you. Called the next day after getting other prices and the price was up by $120. Everyone is welcome to use this jeweler but please get other quotes. You will find this to be very helpful.

They were very accommodating and nice the way they handled an issue for me. I would go there again.

Perfection! Everyone at Neece was INCREDIBLE! Jacob especially! He helped my husband and I find my perfect engagement ring and our perfect wedding bands! None of them push you to purchase, they are just genuine, kind people. I'm so grateful to have met them and to have a forever jeweler who I know will take care of us!

I recently walked in to get a link put in my watch and I walked out with a custom necklace for my wife, celebrating our 2nd anniversary and a pair of earrings for my mother as well! The staff here was 10/10 and I would recommend all of my family and friends to visit this business for any of their jewelry needs! I can't wait to come back and get my watch cleaned that was passed down from my father, I wouldn't trust it with anyone else!

I lost my husband two years ago. His wedding band had been in my jewelry box and I had been wearing mine and had been contemplating what to do with them. During a visit to Neece Jewelers with my mother, who was placing some of her jewelry on consignment, I started talking to Pam Neece and she showed me photos of some of the other pieces she had created.

I was very impressed and commissioned this pendant. They included me in the entire process and found the perfect chain amongst their consignments. They also paid me for some gold pieces that had just been laying in my jewelry box, which I was able to use as a deposit. It is worth the trip just to check out the beautiful pieces on display, including designer and estate jewelry.

I can't say enough about the work that Neece Jewelers has done for me, from small repairs to custom work. I brought in a pair of my grandfather's 100 year old cufflinks and had them make earrings for me. They are stunning! The prices are super reasonable and I couldn't be happier to have such a great local, professional Jeweler!

My first experience with this Jeweler was after seeing they bought gold and wanting to get rid of my high school class ring I had no use for. I had researched the prices you could expect from such a sale to better understand the offer I might receive and was extremely happy to receive a quote that per my search was at the very high end of expectations. I'd chatted with Pam during that time and found everyone in the store to be very nice and helpful.

Since that time I've had several more experiences with this store and find it to be a consistently excellent business. My parents have purchased several pieces from Neece Jewelers and my mother loves their quality and design (my father loves their prices!). My father gave me his nearly 40 year old watch for my birthday and I'd commented on how nicely it was cleaned.

He told me that he had gotten it cleaned at Neece's. Today I went in because I wanted to have the clasp adjusted to allow for a little more room and not only did they help me immediately, they were very happy to do it and did so at no charge. This is a wonderful business where you'll be treated with respect and kindness while also feeling comfortable that you're given a great price by knowledgeable staff. Love this local business and can't recommend it more.

What a great experience I had here! I went in to get a watch bracelet fitted and to replace an old quartz battery in my grandfather's old watch. They finished the work in minutes and the young man behind the counter was friendly and fast. The price for the work was very fair. The store inside has lots of things at all price ranges. So pretty inside. They accept credit and debit cards.

A lovely family owned and operated business. Warm and kind people who listen to your needs and do the best they can to meet them. The gentleman I worked with was extremely patient and 100% honest. If you're in the area, and looking to treat yourself or a loved one, Neece Jewelers is an excellent choice!

Such a great jewelry store! Pam and her staff worked in a timely matter, and are all so so sweet! I brought in my fiances grandmothers ring that is over 100 years old to have resized. Pam sat me down with options. When I picked up the final product, I couldn't be happier! They have such beautiful pieces of jewelry within the store too! I highly recommend taking the time/drive (we live in Delray) to stop in! Thank you Pam! =)

After not feeling comfortable leaving my wedding jewelry in the hands of several jewelers I went to, I was so relieved when I found Neece jewelers and met Pam. She listened to what I wanted and worked diligently to make my visit come to life for my redisgned engagement ring and custom wedding band. She was so patient when I made changes and I am blown away by the end result. I can't wait to wear these pieces on my wedding day, and for the rest of my life!

Neece Jewelers is a local, family owned business. My shopping experiences with this business have always been positive. I have had watch batteries replaced, jewelry repaired, purchased new and gently used jewelry. If the product you are searching for is not physically in the store they can order it. What impresses me the most is their willingness to make sure all their customer's needs are met. I am always greeted with a smile and feel happy that we have a trustworthy business servicing our community. I would recommend them to everyone!

Pam Neece did a beautiful job of creating a ring for me from my husbands wedding ring. She perfectly interpreted my idea of using a piece of sea glass, with white gold, to suggest the river and ocean where we scattered my husbands ashes. The ring is not only significant to me, but just beautiful to look at.

What a nice store. Full of beautiful jewelry. They fixed my watch while I waited. Very nice people.
