I took in an antique ring to be restored, and the results are absolutely astounding. Not only was the price more than reasonable, it was fast to boot. To say I am satisfied with the service provided is an understatement of monumental proportion. Easily the best $50 I have ever spent.

I have been dealing with Novi jeweler for over 20 years and has never been disappointed. I have had several custom pieces made by them with no problems. Novi Jeweler also had the best wedding ring not only did I get my first wife ring for them I also got my second wife ring made by them. Great customer service, Great quality, Great People

I am so impressed with Novi Jewelers and can't recommend them enough! We shopped around multiple places looking for someone to do a custom wedding ring & Novi Jewelers has completely impressed us! After talking through our idea and sketching some designs on paper, they were able to create a beautiful custom design that fits my engagement ring perfectly! We got my engagement and our wedding rings here. They are amazing. Erica is so kind and thoughtful and remembers me when I walk in. Since we purchased our rings, I've gone back for cleaning and rhodium plating which was so easy to do and free since we purchased from them. Love their customer service and benefits. Great small jewelry store. I'm really satisfied with my purchases so far. The recent one was a stone I hade them mount as a pendant. It was a custom job. They came up with a design, texted the image and I gave them the go ahead. This store is easy to work with and I am pleased with the results. I prefer local business to the big chain retailers and these guys are the real deal.

Avoid at all cost! My husband went into get an engagement ring for me. We shopped around I liked this jewelers rings. He decided to make the custom ring I wanted because we saw his so called rings that he made! What an awful experience the ring came out awful! We were stuck at that point and should have went after him! here I am a few years later and still very sad about how ugly and unfinished my ring is! Don't let this guy take your money and give you a ring that your heart doesn't appreciate! Jerk! He was a crook! Lied and took advantage while we were struggling financially!

Erica and Vatche went above and beyond to create the perfect engagement ring set for my fiance! They worked with me to find out exactly what I wanted it to look like, drew it out and ultimately hand crafted something that was beyond belief! It is absolutely beautiful! Vatche has such attention to detail and crafts every piece as if it is his own. Erica kept me informed every step of the way! I couldn't ask for nicer people to work with through this process!

Best jewelry store ever! I've purchased my gorgeous engagement and wedding ring here and Erica went above and beyond to find the perfect diamond for me. Vatche does incredible work in such a quick amount of time. My husband always finds something new for himself whenever we stop in. Great service and prices. My son bought his wife's engagement ring and both wedding rings here. The ring was custom made with a halo of diamonds. So perfectly made for her delicate hands. We returned at Christmas for diamond stud earrings. I have had many purchases over the years and all the work was professionally done, reasonable prices and great people to work with. Had a ring custom made for myself about 10 years ago. Always a go to jewelers in SE Michigan. Just had my diamond ring reset with new center stone.

Great service - Highly Recommend! Novi Jewelers have impressed me very much! I made the mistake of going through a chain jewelry store at the mall for my wedding band. They promised that they would solder my rings as part of the purchase price and would take care of me. I was disappointed after my wedding when I was told that they were not able to touch my rings due to my engagement ring being unique.

Then I found Novi jewelers. Erica and the other owner were so kind, positive, and helpful. They under-promised but over-delivered big time! My rings are now soldered and were done so quickly and at a great price. Since then I've taken more jewelry to them that needed repairing and they impressed me again with a quick time and a fair price. I will definitely go through the Novi Jewelers again. No more chain jewellery stores for me! Thank you!

Got my promise ring here. I brought in a design I liked but it would change the shape if it was sized to my little finger (size 4.25). Vatche was very patient and designed the ring just like how I wanted it. He kept me posted and sent me pictures to make sure I satisfy with the design after every steps. He was very talented and the final product is so awesome!

You could tell how big a smile on my face when I wore it on my finger! Still got compliments everyday. I'm not a photogenic and the pictures do not show the true quality with the angle I tooled it. It looks even more gorgeous in here. Thank you Vatche!

People were friendly, selection was decent. I did not buy though because I got my wedding bands online for $150 cheaper for the same thing. Very helpful service. If you don't know what you want this is probably a good place to go get some advice.

I went there to have my necklace repaired. The "chain" jewelry stores in the area were trying to overcharge me, so I wanted to shop around and see if there was a local place that would have more fair of prices for this service. I called Novi Jewelers, and I'm glad I did. Not only did they provide me with a flawless, immediate repair, but they also gave me excellent service. They are genuine and kind people. Always shop locally if you can! There's a personal touch you can't beat. I'll definitely be back.

I went to Novi Jewelers because so many of my friends are loyal customers there. So glad I did! I decided to redo an anniversary band, keeping my diamonds but changing the look. Erica was so helpful in my redesign (and very patient) as I wanted the ring to wear well with my wedding ring but also be exceptional if I wore it on it's own. I love it! All I can say is they are amazing I walked in just to ask about sizing a ring I received that was willed to me from my aunt, the man behind the counter gave me an price of $25 to size it & clean it for me, you can't get much for that price these days not even a decient meal out so of course I jumped at this, he said it would be ready the next day!

This was on a Thursday I went back first thing Monday it was ready by 12 on Friday, but I was unable to get their so Monday when I walked it & saw how beautiful it looked all perfectly cleaned &sized for me all I could do was cry, I wanted to leap over the counter & hug the gal behind it! I would highly highly recommend this jewelers, & I took some of their cards to pass out! Thankyou so much Linda

Erica and her husband helped me out so much. This is the first place I went to when I began searching for the perfect ring, and also the last. I found that ring and they worked with my budget to make sure I was more than happy with the outcome. Safe to say, I was astounded at what they were able to achieve! I was in there every month for the past 5 and each time, Erica was so nice and personable, it really made the experience enjoyable!

After 8 months I lost stones in my ring. Went to the store, my option was to exchange the ring for exact one due to warranty purchased or buy another ring doubling the price of my ring splitting the cost. I was skeptical about exchanging the ring due to poor quality. The staff was rude, unsympathetic, not helpful and didn't care. Upon picking ring up after sizing, the settings were off and there's Edges and gaps in the main settings.

Again they didn't care used dumb excuses, manager refused to talk with us. So now I have a jacked up ring. Horrible horrible customer service. Ring is worse than a lost stone. I expect the stone to fall out again.

I stopped in to have some jewelry appraised and had a great experience. The woman behind the counter was very friendly and didn't rush through looking at my pieces. She was able to tell me what was worth appraising and what was not very quickly. I had to leave my items there, but had no worries. She called me two days later as promised and the older gentleman behind the counter today was equally nice. Offered me extra copies of the paperwork and didn't charge me a lot.

I had a moment to peek in their cases while he retrieved my items and there are some very nice pieces. I'll definitely keep them in mind for any future repairs or jewelry needs!

Fabulous jewelers! My fiance got my engagement ring here and it's amazing. Since then they've been more than helpful with sizing, cleaning and any questions. We will definitely be going back for our wedding bands from them! Family business and it shows!
