My wife and I went in to have her main solitaire of her engagement ring reset and to ad a band with princess cut diamonds. We spent a good amount of time going through what we wanted. We then PAYED for the new band and for the repair. A week later we received a letter saying that they had miss charged us. They informed us that it would now be DOUBLE the price for the new band. We, then, returned to the store to find out what was happening.

When we got there, they did not have my wife's ring fixed nor did they have any alternative plans to help solve the issue in which they created. All they offered was to return our money, which is upsetting now that we've spent two days going to there business and have yet to be helped in any way. The receipt detailed exactly what we had asked for and for the original price quoted.

My family had done business there for decades and we were treated as if we didn't matter. Not to mention, during this stressful conversation, one of the owners brought up and tried to talk to me about my eldest sister who has MS. I found this to be completely inappropriate for the situation, especially since this was brought up as we were trying to have a conversation about their blatant error. I will not be going here ever again. I felt they handled this situation dishonorably on several levels.

I had my Mom's ring made into 2 rings for me and my sister. They did a beautiful job. Customer service was excellent and took the time to explain every detail and step along the way! Kendra was exceptionally nice and helpful.

We are privileged to have Olufsons in our city. They do incredible design work and they are so personal but very professional.

They helped me size a ring, they did a great job. Fast, Time efficient, and affordable. The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable, I won't go anywhere else for cleaning or repairs.

Sean Olufson worked with me personally to develop a beautiful design for a ring using a sapphire I had of my own. He was patient and professional and his work is stunning I am completely satisfied and I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants quality original jewelry made with the highest degree of craftsmanship.

Olufson Design is a great place for all your jewelry wants and needs. I've had two fabulous rings made there and I love them. Great quality and original designs. I've had repairs on other jewelry and they always treat each customer with great respect. I highly recommend going to Olufson for an original piece or getting something beautiful in their stock! My fiance and I wanted to order custom wedding bands, as what we were looking for they don't sell at chain jewelry stores such as Zales, Kay, etc. Jaqui was our sales rep and from the first time we walked in she took us seriously and wanted to figure out how they could create our envision. After a couple of consultations we had signed a contract and they got to work creating the rings.

The rings were finished on time and built exactly how we wanted and we couldn't have been happier with how they turned out and how amazing the staff at Olufson's was! I would HIGHLY recommend checking with them first! A common word we hear when people see these Olufson rings is "stunning." The experience was stunning and so is their work.
