Chad does incredible work. I have worked with him for years with my clients and myself. My last experience was not a good one. Voice mail has been full for several months and phone calls are not returned. I waited 6 months to get my jewelry complete. Wore it about 10 times and the diamond fell out. Very disappointed. No call back when I let him know.

Went to get my ring repaired after an accident. The ring was returned to me completely uncleaned (soldering marks still present all over), completely bent, and with a chipped diamond. My husband picked the ring up quickly on his way back to work and didn't notice immediately. We will inquire about getting our money back and going elsewhere. I'm just super sad about this because we went to a local jeweler after waiting months for the jewelry store we bought it from to repopen because of COVID.

My husband tried to surprise me by getting the ring fixed for our anniversary (as our regular jeweler still wasn't taking repairs) and I received a ring that was still badly damaged after spending $$$ to get it fixed. Now I will need to send it back out to be fixed again. Very sad and disappointed.

My 35 year old wedding ring was damaged by another local jeweler. It broke my heart as my ring is an original artistic design by the late Sharon Jones of the former Originals in Gold. I brought it to Chad after seeing other remarkable artistic designs Chad had created. Chad brought my ring back to its lovely original design and somehow even enhanced the beauty of this most treasured piece. I will never go to another jeweler except Chad.

Chad has amazing designs! I have a beautiful amethyst ring set on white gold. I loved it so much we decided to have our wedding rings made buy him. It's everything we could've wanted and we feel very happy that Chad was a part of that. He was very attentive and knew exactly what we wanted and liked. Great personal experience. We'll be making future jewelry purchases with Chad for sure!

Great jeweler with a wonderful selection of originals. Have something special designed with a patient professional or have your jewelry repaired. I highly recommend! Skip the overrated, junky mall stores.

I previously had fredmeyer jeweler look at my wedding rings, one of them being an heirloom and having a date was precious to me, but FM told me no that would have be cut out. So I took to the internet and found Originals by Chad, to my delight he told me me yes! that could be saved. I must say they are professional, courteous and just awesome. Thank you!

This review is on behalf of a friend who had her stone set here recently. She brought her ring and diamond to be set because it was close-by, but will not return in the future. The setting fee was double what I would have paid at Sofie's Gold Mine in Bellingham. She said the whole experience was not good and he was kind of a jerk. Lacking customer service skills.

Definitely won't be back. Turns out, the stone was set crookedly and took a week to set a simple solitaire - no resizing or anything else required! I have had many diamonds set in the past and never has it taken more than a day - two at the most if there is a huge backlog. I think this place is just slow, or takes their own sweet time. My friend even had an appointment before walking in and it took that long!

I had my family heirloom engagement ring sized and repaired by Chad, and he made my fiance's wedding band as well. The service and quality of craftsmanship is amazing! I could not be more pleased with the results. I highly recommend Chad!
